I had a really positive experience with this company. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and, most importantly, very patient throughout the whole process.
I had a few questions and needed some extra guidance, but she took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. It made a big difference and made me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of support I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Haven't got the whole process done yet but the impression process was particularly good thanks to the support WhatsApp, the support agent I had was Oliver who was very responsive and helpful including when I had additional questions. Very quick service in general which is always very much appreciated.

I reached out to Venneir customer services to ask about some questions about making a repeat purchase of retainers. Response time was good and the customer services assistant (Brian) was able to answer all my questions. I appreciated that he spoke to me in a friendly and personable manner rather than in robotic 'office speak' as so often happens.

I ordered an impressions kit for clear retainers because I hate going to the dentist and these seemed considerably cheaper & very convenient.

my impressions kit literally came like next day, and it came with everything I needed. there’s a QR code you scan which takes you to a video of instructions which are really easy to follow. you also have 3 tries in case you mess up, but was super easy to do it on the first try!

you also have a whatsapp chat with the team so they approve your moulds virtually, and then you send them off in a prepaid label to the factory where they’re fully approved & then your retainers are made.

I genuinely had such a good experience from start to finish, delivery was soo quick in receiving my retainers too and they fit great! they’re also great quality. saved a lot of time & money getting them made here rather than going to a dentist! thank you :)
