Been very helpful , I have struggled with doing the mould , I contacted the company to ask for refund and been dealing with Andrew , he gone out of his way to help me and has arranged a new kit free of charge so I can try again ,but with a video call so someone can guide me to do . Thank you Andrew . The option of refund was there ,but Andrew wanted me to give it one more try with a video call before I gave up.

This is a great experience when it comes to getting your mouthguards for a really reasonable price. The materials, follow-up, and final results are astonishing. The only thing, as users, is to be mindful that you are responsible for the impressions, so it's better to do it well from the start. But generally speaking, it's great value for money if you are not in a rush! I will definitely use it again.

Great service, quick delivery, my retainer was slightly loose when it came but i got a new one remade immediately with no fuss or questions asked. Michael was really helpful, the retainer i received was much better quality than what i had bought previously from other companies.
