Please please be very careful when ordering from this company, I've ordered 3 x bridesmaids dresses in blush pink, and all the dresses are different colours, I've tried contacting/emailing them to send them back to change them are a refund, but they are not helpful at all, they have also refused to give me their address for me to send them back!!!

I was worried about ordering my wedding dress on line, it arrived yesterday (early) & is perfect.
Good quality & well made. Pictures on site don't do it justice.
Would recommend Vera dress to my friends & family.

Appalling... Made to measure, I don't think so, their refund/return policy states that if the dress is more than one inch out on the measurements provided they will give a full refund... HA... Full refund my ...., all I got was one EMail reply stating that they had made the dress to my measurements, " it's a lovely dress and you will have a great evening.. " NOT IF IT DOESNT FIT, offered £10.00 as there were many loose threads, although this has not materialised. Seriously poor quality and definitely no customer service, once they get your money they don't give a ....
REALLY ANGRY and I will not let this drop.

The trouser suit was delayed a little so after discussions with the UK office the transaction was completed to everyone's satisfaction. Thanks to Yelanly in the UK office.

Absolutely great dress. I love it. Thank you.I ordered my dress with less than about 3weeks for my prom. Customize and color, i was completely unsure I'd get it in time. Put it on rush order and believe it or not I got lucky and got it a day before my prom. Absolutely gorgeous,only think is it was the bust was too high up for my liking but was absolutely perfect.

The good received are good quality. You do get a product worth the money you pay. The issue you have is that if they do not fit there is no returns policy. They make promises they do not keep. I was told I could order 3 x dresses to see which my daughter would like and promised I could definitely return 2 and if not suitable all 3. What a lie. They have my money and I have 3 dresses but which are no good to my daughter as they don't fit. She is devastated that I have spent this money and she still has nothing for her prom. This web site should not be able to trade at all. It should be removed, closed down. blocked.

absolute dreadful company to deal with and there is no redress. keep your money in your pocket because this company is purely a sham and they just steal your money. no returns policy.
goods come from China and they are pure rubbish.
should be banned from internet as they give decent companies a bad name. it will take me a long time to buy anything on the internet again after my experience

My partner ordered some dresses for bridesmaids over £400 they all arrived crammed in 1 bag. Very poor quality and also the sizes are definitely not as requested. Contacted them many times but being fobbed off that it’s our fault. Luckily credit card was used so will letting the credit card company deal with them and will get our money back.

Complete nightmare. Dress is poor qualty and does not fit. It's different to the picture I ordered it from. Much the same as others who have posted below. Appalling customer services - cut and paste responses and no acknowledgement that it's poor quality. I'm refusing to give up but am utterly frustrated!!!!

I am absolutely amazed that this website’s overall rating is not lower on trustpilot. The only explanation is that there are false reviews being posted by people/friends of the company.

I ordered a grey dress and received a purple monstrosity which smells horrendous! It is absolutely nothing like the picture. Before I ordered the dress I asked someone at veradress for more photos and they did send me more - yet they have knowlkngly sent me a completely different hideous dress!

I am currently in the process of requesting a refund - £150 down the drain. As the company is based in China I don’t know if I’ve even got the consumer rights as we do in the UK as protection. This is probably why veradress operates from Asia as they know they can get away with it.

Please please do not shop on this website. It’s really not worth the risk.

Robbing thieves my dress finally arrived absolutely disgusting no comment they have stolen £200 from me and don’t Care !!

No doubt my mums and daughters dress if they arrive will be the same looks appalling
No one gets back to you either if they do they don’t help I want to know who the manager of this place is but I’m going to trading standards and getting legal advice their robbing everyone

But there is a lot of harm people can do when their not happy !

Never ever make the mistake of ordering from veradress no matter how cheaper the dresses looks... you will lose out on your money and peace of mind.
Ordered a burgundy 2 piece prom dress.. been sent a red one instead and after several e-mails, issue not resolved.. getting automated responses at around 4-5an in morning.. no phone line to contact.. being repeatedly told that the burgundy shade I ordered is correct but it clearly is red😡😡👹👹

Very disappointed in my dress. A far cry from the 'exceptional quality' advertised on their website. The workmanship and materials are poor and the customer service is terrible.
After finally getting a response from my numerous emails and on-line chat queries it has become obvious that they have absolutely no intention of allowing me to return the faulty dress and get a refund. I will continue to peruse my case and let you know if I have any luck.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I sent countless emails and messages to vera dress and I keep getting fobbed off with the same automated response saying that someone will be in touch. No one has been in touch still. I ordered my bridesmaid dress in their colour swatch ‘Mocha’ - well the colour of the dress I received can only be deceived as Grey. This is for my bridesmaid and grey is NOT in my colour scheme. So I am out of pocket £117.99 for a dress which is the wrong colour and no one at Vera dress seems to care enough to take the time to contact me. Absolutely shocking, I’ve never had such bad customer service.

Having ordered a dress and jacket from them, both items differant sizes, and all marked, they will not refund or remake, and customer service is shocking -, you will do well to avoid this company, in the end you get what you pay for, cheap rubbish with no after sales, or warrenty

Wosrt customer service I’ve ever received.
My dress that arrived was awful, it stank, not true to size and the stitching is so poor.
No solution offered, I even left a review on their website and funnily enough it hasn’t been posted- wish I came onto this website before I purchased because they do not offer refunds either!! £190 down the drain- just a bunch of con-artists.
