This company is awful the worst

This company is awful the worst. The dress was late, colour was wrong, poor quality, not true to size.The only time they seem to reply is at 4am so it's not based in U.K. As they say they are 🙄It's actually Asia so I have been informed. Not even a returns label or maybe it is there I just can't read it as it's a different language 😠 I requested a returns address but no they refuse to it's actually disgusting behaviour for what they call a business at least 20 emails sent same automated reply message over and over again. Facebook messenger at 4 am is the only time I get a reply and then been told it's to late to return even though I'm asking for a returns address since the day I got it absolutely shocking company don't waste your hard earned money ya would get better off AliExpress 🙄

Awful service

Awful service, got the dress late even when we paid extra (£30) for a quicker delivery. finally got he dress and it was inches smaller then on the size guide, There's no contact number to try an process a refund so everything is done by email, so we've emailed 5 times in the last week and still there has been no reply to not one of the emails.

Awful experience

This company has been awful. The dress was late, colour was wrong, poor quality and there is no phone number. They are rude and ignore your emails. This company is not UK based and should not be allowed to trade here.To date they have not responded to any of my emails. SHOCKING COMPANY.

The product which we shipped to you, is displayed in the product images (3, 4 & 5) on the above website.

Like you stated above, the dress indeed came late, and we are sorry for the inconvenience that has caused you. As for the colour, images on the above page show that we delivered your dress in the correct colour (mint).

During QA, there were no quality issues detected, nor can I see any attempt to communicate quality concerns to the service team in your initial service request E-Mail. With your first request, it was a colour issue. Afterwards, you started to add "arguments" to your E-Mails when it was already clear to us that besides the late delivery time; there were no further faults from our end.
Contrary to your statement, the service staff has answered your inquiries and only after the escalation on our social media pages (which automatically suspended your account from further posting on our facebook page), the service department has ceased to reply as we could not achieve a different outcome.

That said, I do agree that a late delivery is far from optimal and we need to make things right by refunding you the delivery cost of £20 plus an additional £30, as a sign of goodwill and because it took us that long to do it. The refund is going to be back in your payment account within the next 7-10 days depending on your bank.

We state on the website that the products are tailored abroad, which is why we can stay competitive with the pricing. Just for reference, the tailor-made dress from an entirely UK based company, made in the UK will cost at least £500; besides, if companies would not be allowed to trade foreign products in the UK, our supermarkets would be empty, and I like my American peanut butter for breakfast.

There are hundreds if not thousands of black sheep in the online dress market, but I have to make it clear, that we are not one of those, we only follow our policies and the UK/EU regulations.

Had problems with customs letting my dress get to me but it was just because they needed proof of purchase.... but i will say my dress arrived and i was so nervous in what it woukd be like.... it is absolutely perfect the detail was to perfection and size.. i couldnt be happier

The service has been very good

The service has been very good, excellent communication from Becky. Two out of the three dresses were incorrect sizes as the dressmaker hadn’t followed our measurements but Becky rectified this immediately and with no question, within two weeks the correct size dresses arrived and all three look stunning on my daughter’s bridesmaids! The detail, finish and quality is excellent and the colour is a perfect match to the guide - we are very happy with the dresses and overall service!
