Vericheck are highly rated in my books
Vericheck are highly rated in my books. I had a couple of issues along the way but evrything was smoothed over and luckily Katt was able to reassure me everything was fine and help me compete my referencing i couldn't be happier. The speed and response rate to everything was fantastic.

Awful Customer service
This company must have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been using them for several years but as soon as we needed some help we called and emailed the customer service on several occasion with no response. I have held this months payment back and surprise surprise we get chased. I have responded to their account chaser emails to be told that they would look into this and also ask the customer service team to make contact but still no response. The best part of all this is now then have frozen our account so we cant access any of the information of tenants details that we have already paid for. As you will probably guess I have now got a new referencing company on our books so will no longer require Veri-checks services!!
