I ordered cable from verilux.com but it was faulty and their customer care number is also not rechable and no response on email too.

This site/company is very incompetent
This site/company is very incompetent. On March 14, 2025, I had ordered one energy meter. It was delivered on March 20, 2025, but these people sent me the meter without the current transformer and temperature sensor probe. After raising the issue through WhatsApp for more than 10 days at the speed of 1 whatsapp message per day, they somehow sent a replacement on April 8, 2025 and I received the item on April 14, 2025 but again, the temperature sensor probe was missing. I could not rate it with negative star, so I have to settle at 1 star. These people are not fit to be lingering around in online business. I wasted more than ₹1300/- of my hard earned money besides losing peace of mind. As on April 15, 2025, they have pulled down the product from their site. Beware of this faltu site and purchase it from well established e-commerce sites.
