REPLY: And there it is; that copy paste response to confirm you just don't give a darn. If you'd bothered reading my review you would have seen that I tried emailing you to report it (twice even copying the CEO in) and just got an irrelevant copy paste response - at least you're good at something (copying and pasting).
Like the many GENUINE reviews on here it seems I am not alone in my horrendous experience of trying to engage with this business. The most awful, rudest, abusive British 'agent'? of this company couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions about the product/service and then despite being given: 1. The full address 2. It being on a main road (the only main road) 3, A map with an exact pin 4, Clear mention of satnavs occasionally taking to road behind and to ignore if that happens 5, clear description of the surroundings 6, two photos of the entrance and street location 7, a live pin in whatsapp 8, another map with pin with me standing directly on the main road, the useless bleep had the nerve after turning up ridiciously late to blame me because he couldn't find the address and then say "I dunno, do you want to continue because you are giving off bad vibes". This is EXACTLY the reason I moved away from the UK in the first place - to get away from scummy Brits like this one. But customer service (yes I am using the email address you are widely posting here in your responses SD!) of this company is equally as bad. They have responded with a load of nonsense clearly not giving a damn that this is the impression its 'agents' are giving and how they treat their customers. I mean, their idiot couldn't even find my house on a main road with all that information!! Imagine them trying to find it if there was actually an emergency. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and will gladly never go near this shocker of a company again.

Paid all hardware and installation upfront, so there's not commitment. Upon terminating contract, they still continued to charge my bank account for following 4 months and said I still owe them ~350eur for hardware that I have paid in full upon installment. Scammers. Good at door to door marketing and ripping off $$$

Here we go again: I've been living in my new apartment outside Estepona since the beginning of November. That's when my first interaction began with this company. Almost EVERY day someone from Securitas Direct knocked on my door - having gained access through the car parking downstairs. Unfortunately, once you get in that way, you can get access to all 63 apartments.
And this is how this "security" company operates????
I have pleaded and pleaded with them to NOT contact me, OR gain access to our urbanisation in this way.
Just last week I had a call on my mobile from an agent who apparently me in NOVEMBDER. He was calling EIGHT months later to know if I was still interested in their services.
TODAY I arrive home to a business card from Valeriani Garcia-Vellido left underneath my mat.
SO - they're at it again. As I came home I noticed 2 of their cars close to the urbanisation - in my wildest dreams I didn't think they would have the cheek to be breaking and entering again.
If this persists I will be calling the police.
OH, and I might as well go into some detail about the different prices neighbours on mine have been charged for EXACTLY the same packages.

Super bad!! The alarm system is not working!! We pay monthly for a service that is not working, our badge is not turning of the device, so the alarm goes off. The whole neighborhood is awake, but Verisure is not calling us to check if we are okay. So we call them to ask them to please shut down the alarm. They know about nothing (of course because the alarm is not working) so if it would be a break in, they wouldn’t even know about it! They suggest us to just take the batteries out??!? So that’s the solution? You pay for something that’s not working and you take the batteries out? When we demanded to get our money back because we don’t want to pay for something that’s not working, they just hang up the phone. It’s a scandal!
They take the job seriously and I was pleased with their reaction early this morning.

I had a contract with them more than 2 years ago. It was a 2 years contract. Less than a year into the contract, I moved to another location. I requested the service to be moved to another property, and they failed to install the system at my new property. Although having no service, for more than a year, I continued to pay monthly service fees to observe to contract in good faith. At the end of the contract, I canceled the service. Securitas Direct (verisure) made several attempts to hook me back in, but I refused. Finally, they let me canceled the contract. A few months later, they illegally reestablished Direct deposit to my bank and immediately charged 322.28 euros. I've sent a few letters request for a refund, but so far, no answers. I promise myself that I will do whatever it takes to hold securitas direct accountable for this!

If you plan to compare different estimates and services, better ask them after the others. From the moment you get in touch with them, you'll be inundated by an avalanche of calls and offers like a terrier at your leg. They were recommended to me by a very happy customer of their services, but their American style harrassment made me block their telephone numbers.

I have never dealt with a company that was this blatantly disorganized as Securitas Direct.
After an extensive call with one of their employees from the call center that they use, which is terribly noisy and it's almost impossible to hear their employees, I managed to receive the necessary form and instructions to change the ownership of the security plan back to the original owner of the house.
We filled out the form and sent it to the main e-mail address as we were instructed to do. I received an auto-reply, but no written confirmation that the form was processed, even though the auto-reply clearly states that an answer would be forthcoming within 48 hours.
Today I was called by someone from Securitas that the payment for the plan didn't go through.
So, after weeks of radio silence, the only thing that makes this company do any work is if their payment doesn't go through.
They have all the information for the new owner, including the bank details but their administration simply doesn't do their job so they call me.
On the call, after I requested to be helped in English I was transferred around 2 times until an employee simply hung up on me.
I called back and was transferred around, sometimes in mid-sentence, to 8 different employees, all of whom said they couldn't help, all of them asking me the same exact security questions to the point of exhaustion. In the end, the 8th employee just hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
This company is a total mess. I will never work with them again.
Other customers I have spoken to who have used Securitas Direct in the past have confirmed that their administration is horrendous, their customer support team is chaos and that unless you block them they will simply continue to take money out of your bank account even after your subscription has been canceled. They purposely make the subscription process confusing and toxic so that customers give up.
