It's impossible to cancel, fraudulent invoices

It's impossible to cancel! There is no way to do it on "your page," no way to reach anyone on the phone, and no email address to write to. These are shady practices! Stay away from them!

UPDATE: They finally cancelled it on 4.9.2025, with a one-month cancellation period. But guess what—they claim that it is one full month, so they want it to be not on 4.10.2025 but on 31.10.2025. Also, I just received an invoice for "upkeeping the system" in 2026. What clowns!

Read the contract before you sign, 3 extra months before terminating

The sale person never told me about the extra 3 months after termination in the contract. The worst pricing strategy ever.

The value from the service doesn't justify the cost, and contract cannot be easily terminated.

We made a contract with Verisure two years ago as the previous owner of the house had the system installed. The first sales person who showed up explained that our system is old and cannot be turned on, and that we need to buy a new system for a hectic sum of money. When we declined, we got a call from Verisure saying the system we have can be turned on and it's just fine.

We've had the system for two years, but have turned it on only a couple of times, so realised we really don't need it - or should probably get a stand-alone system that sends messages to us automatically. It really didn't provide enough value to justify the cost.

Called Verisure yesterday to terminate the contract. For some reason I got another call today, and the guy on the call said the contract will still run for 3 months. I asked why on earth, and he explained these are the terms, so Verisure will be sending invoices for 3 months - for nothing.

We've been extremely disappointed with Verisure, and would seriously recommend anybody considering a contract with them to look into modern stand-alone systems. The functionality is as good, and you don't need to deal with this company.

Good service UNTILL signing the contract!

We have bought recently Verisure services. Product introduction meeting went smoothly with answers to all our questions. The salesman was polite and informing.

Installation was arranged immediately on next day. The team came for the installation tried to sell us additional services. After consideration, we decided not to take it and the person clearly got disappointed. We felt judged and the rest of the installation rushed for completion. For example, we were promised during the introduction meeting to have a demo and explanation of how the system works but no demonstration or training was given during or after the installation.

We purchased an additional camera together with the system but for some technical reasons it didn't work on the day of installation. They promised to check it and come back to install the camera. After two weeks chasing them, the camera is still not installed!

We signed a contract with a payment option of 12 months installments but then suddenly we received an invoice which has the half of the total price as a payment. Again another missed promised.

We wanted to have the system in English language. Again a promise for a system upgrade was given but after two weeks the system still works in Finnish language.

Overall, there are many promises until the signing of the contract but no follow up. We are curious what more services we are promised but it won't happen.

Fantastic service.

We are immensely grateful for the beautiful care received by the Verisure team. If ever there is a concern we promptly receive a call to check if we are aware of the situation. The team is fabulous.

Pésima experiencia con verisure Perú..

I asked for the security service in Peru and it was fatal, in addition to feeling cheated, the directive was not the most eloquent with my request and they said that I should leave the service before giving me solutions, very bad experience

Excellent

Glasgow. I had Kris Murray from the Glasgow office show me the system, he was very polite and answered all of my concerns. The system is very easy to use, and when I was getting used to it I would call Kris and he would help me over the phone... Heven fixed some small electrical problems I was having with my security lights. I would highly recommend speaking to Kris if you are looking for an alarm.

IMPRESSED

I had a small accident a few weeks ago and I activated the alarm, I obviously did not meant to bring the police for nothing but I have to say that I was VERY impressed on how fast police arrived. As I say I was and I am very sorry it happened but after all I have to mention that what happened made me see how superior is the repose and service that you offer compared to other competitors and I have told about this to other colleagues to convince them to change to your service. Really impressed.
