This is a top quality product. The materials are excellent, the instructions are simple and it fits together very simply and smoothly. The delivery was very quick, and when I had an issue with one of my parts, customer services were prompt in helping me reach a resolution. Absolutely recommended over the cheaper alternatives, because this is a quality-guaranteed product.

Placed an order for a standing desk a couple of months ago, sadly it arrived with a small chip in the desktop and a scratch on the shelf accessory. Sent an email to customer service and haven't received a reply, it's been 2 months. Ive tried the live chat but there's no reply there, only a bot.

The outcome of the support was better than expected.

It is my first standing L Shape desk and I just loved it!
The desk and accessories are wonderful together! I was looking for a modular L Shape/Standing/Walnut Color and have multiple accessories with integrated the table! Which is Vernal was the best option in my list. I am so happy with the table, even at its highest point it is very stable.

Some accessories arrived damaged due to delivery companies... The delivery box was damaged but when I reach the customer service they sorted it out the replacement quickly for me. Just loved it!

First two parcels came with Yodel and were very quick. The third, larger parcel came through XDP, this took a little longer but all arrived well packaged and safely. Very easy to put together. Two people (as advised) would be good but can be put together by one person. The desk is solid and well built. High quality materials. I'm glad I went with the 3 legged design as there is virtually no wobble at sitting height and a little at standing (no more than you'd expect from a tall item). I weight 65kg and it will lift me sat on it easily with my laptop and additional monitor on it. So far very happy with the product.

Delighted with the quality of the products and they were very well packaged. Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Only disappointment was that my two items were split into three packages and all three came via different couriers on different days. I can’t fathom how this is regarded as an efficient logistics system.

The actual delivery was split into 5 different packages through 5 different delivery companies... Needless to say it was bloody awful and happened over 4 days.

Apart from a delay in between receiving the two boxes, everything went smoothly.
The desk was in an immaculate condition. Assembly was a breeze and first operation was smooth and reasonably quiet. Too soon to say how reliable the motors and mechanism performs but happy so far. Have ordered a protector mat as I’ll be working on electrical devices so don’t want to mark the surface. It will also help with the mouse as the shiny surface makes it jumpy.

Really easy to assemble, great instructions. i liked the extra hardware included in case you lost a screw or bolt. The desk is first class. Really smooth and quiet operation. I'm very pleased with it.

Product was shipped within time frame, received in 2 days. Really easy to put this product together with all equipment supplied and it’s really sturdy and looks really good. The quality of this product is high, really happy.

A meh experience..... I found the quality of the chipboard units not great, the desk is good and does what it says on the tin, the side units are very overpriced for what they are. Assembly instructions are ok, but you sometimes find yourself scratching your head, screw sighting due to the construction materials and laminate outer led to many screws chewing larger holes than needed, I am hopeful I never need to dis-assemble. Overall a very meh, I would not buy again. For the larger side unit, no screw pack was included in box, after many emails and a few days, where the UK distributor couldn't help but point me at the Chinese manufacturer, the screws turned up in a small package from China having been posted a week before, so something they knew wasn't included, would have been good not to waste my life trying to get a new pack sent.....

Desk came in great condition, was going to swap for walnut but the light walnut looked too good. The customer support was very fast in responding over email and could tell me re stocking dates over the phone. Very impressed

Love the desk. A well-built, elegant piece of workday furniture.

I was a little trepidatious in approaching the assembly, but the instructions were great. In fact, they were somewhat weirdly calming.

Easy ordering, prompt and successful delivery and an excellent and well thought out product that is easy to assemble. Desk motion over 3 legs for, the L-shape, works very well and is smooth and accurate.
