I placed an order for a hot water tap. Unfortunately only part of the order came but this was resolved quickly and the full order was sent out the following day with a trackable link. Customer service was extremely quick to respond via email which for me is important for any online purchasing.

I love my hot water tap
I love my hot water tap. The gunmetal colour was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to install. I did have a problem with the lever ( not the manufacturer’s fault) it was too long but I contacted customer services and they supplied me with a shorter one which was perfect. I liked it so much I got it in black for my son. Very pleased with it.

4 in 1 great value
Quick delivery. I ordered the 4 in 1 with the chiller which works great. Fitted it myself in half a day, pretty straightforward if you know what you’re doing and take your time. The clip for the hot water hose was missing so had to improvise and the flexi hose from the boiler to the tap wasn’t long enough so had to buy a longer hose. All things considered I am pleased with the product but I am getting a strange taste from the boiling water which I hope will diminish with use. For the price I rate this product.

The ordering process was easy, the product selection was great, and delivery was very quick.
The quality of the boiling water tap and chiller is excellent.
There was a small problem with the supplied filter, but customer service was great, and a replacement filter was sent out immediately.
I would recommend this company and their products, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Poor Quality and Drop Shipping!
Adding more information after their reply:
To clarify - they are reselling a tap under their company name "Verrosi", charging a premium, and not disclosing the actual brand - Ellsi - therefore decieving their customers. This is a fact. I have pictures from the installation guides and their website incase the try to change this.
The review is for a regular mixer tap and waste.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this company - they are drop-shipping and have confirmed this.
A mixer tap advertised as a sale price of £94 is the exact same as a regular priced Amazon one priced at £42 non-sale. It's the same supplier as the instructions are from the same manufacturer.
The picture of the item on the website has been enhanced so that the tap looks higher quality.
I spoke to Verossi, and they've said that the price reflects the service and quality.
The quality - a 70% plastic tap, that has the metal coating that will wear as it is THIN.
The delivery is not next day - it's 2-5 days.
Check the returns, they are extremely problematic.
I PROMISE you, as someone who will not benefit from any sale, the tap you can buy elsewhere.
To add to the pile of shytt, the sinkwaste strainer doesn't even match. Even though it's advertised as the matching part - also cheap.
Competitive Pricing? What a joke.
And so if you are planning to buy a higher priced item than mines, if this is the customer service I've received, think what you'll be going through WHEN you find out that your product is inadequate and they will use every way to get out of supporting you.
