Great product, straight forward to fit
Upon fitting it seems such a great quality tap and very straightforward to fit. Very happy with having boiling and filtered cold water on demand. The quality of the tap and fittings feels great.
It was delivered very quickly.
All in all great product and it has improved our living conditions with such a small kitchen. Kettle is now packed away freeing up some side space.

Amazing service
Amazing service, very quickly arrived, easy instructions to follow for installation.
However my boiler had a bit of damage, but the customer services responded within hours of me raising it amd shipping a replacement within days, while organising the old one to be picked up aswell.
Amazing service, can not say one bad things.
Plus the tap looks amazing bye to the kettle.

Poor returns policy
Very poor returns policy that doesn't allow any item to be returned if not in the original packaging. I ordered the wrong size product and they wouldn’t make any exceptions to their policy despite me being very eager to do what I could to return my order.

Unfortunately, as the original packaging had been disposed of, we were unable to accept the product back. Our returns policy requires items to be returned in their original packaging so that they are complete, protected during transit and in a suitable condition to be processed and, where applicable, resold.
We appreciate that ordering the wrong size was a genuine mistake and understand your frustration. However, we do need to apply our returns requirements consistently, and once the packaging has been discarded, we’re unable to make an exception.
We’re sorry we couldn’t provide the outcome you were hoping for on this occasion.
