The most important factor for me when working with an institution is communication. Vertex and the competent person, Kristoffer, are indispensable for me, with their approachable attitude that can be reached at any time and their ability to fulfill the promised job properly.

The best service I’ve come across in forever! Real people interacting. Can’t believe I haven’t found these guys earlier. Grateful for working with them. 2024 is gonna be my year!

Ads are pretty simple, but they manage to run them which we prefer not spending to much time on.

Now edited their reply to say they don't have someone called Tobias working there "any longer". He was when I made the transaction, as this happened in September. To claim you don't have anyone there called Tobias is such a brazen call. You have testimonials thanking him on your website for starters, but a simple Google search of 'Tobias' and 'Vertex' shows that he founded the company and it was originally called 'Tobias Strom Project'. Not the same business but same guy ran both companies. You have bogus magazine articles about your company that mentions his name. Still at this moment you have reviews on your home page thanking him. To play stupid about this is next level.

Seeing as the payment link I used for the subscription was sent to me from an email address from your domain I dont see how that could be. Not once have you offered anything that remotely resembles an apology or any kind of sympathy even though you seem to be trying to claim some rogue company director you have never heard of is scamming people.

So either you're blatantly lying or the owner of your company is secretly diverting business away and pretending to be Vertex, charging people the same amount and providing the same service but through fake streams.

I'll let the reader decide which one they think it is.

I have screenshots to back up everything I've said, you've seen them, trustpilot has seen them and if this review is still here and being read then that means your attempts to claim it wasn't you guys and your attempts to have this review removed have failed.

If you're really concerned about this review then just give me back the money you stole.

After making some enquiries with them at some point I was contacted with an offer of a $9 ad campaign. Thought I'd try it, paid the money and 3 days later they tried to take $200 from my account. They contacted me saying because I didn't cancel the trial in the 3 days it automatically rolls over to the $200 month long campaign.

This was not communicated at all, and I should have told them to stick it then and there but stupidly I thought about it for a couple days, an ad campaign is something I've wanted to do for a while so I thought YOLO, said alright Tobias let's do a month, paid my money, excitedly checked the stats every day and nothing happened for weeks. Then all at once I had 25k streams appear.. on the wrong track. To their credit I let them know straight away and they apologised and fixed it. Same deal, was about a week later and then 25k streams appear all at once.

Definately didn't feel like an ad campaign, so I thought yeah I'm not going with these guys again. About a week later I get an email from Tobias, saying that my next payment has bounced and to let him know when the money is in the account. A few days later my real estate agent emails me, my rent has bounced. What? I check my account, Vertex has taken $200 from my account. I contacted them straight away, said I never said you could take the money, I really need it as it was for my rent, please refund me. Tobias informed me that the money has already been spent on the campaign and a refund is not an option. I begged him for the money but he flat out refused because apparently I had signed up to an ongoing $200 a month deal, and I need to cancel the 'subscription'. This was not communicated in my conversations with them, but apparently on the website in the fine print it is.

That's not even the point of my review. This was in November, since begging for my money back I haven't even received the service I paid for. No streams I can attribute to them since my payment, and only a couple thousand in total, far short of the 25k guaranteed streams. Although they state "money back guarantee" on their website this is also false, they do not do refunds of any kind.

But that's still not even the point of my review because yesterday I signed in to my distributer only to learn that I have received a strike for fake streams. So even though Tobias is updating me (when I asked) on the click through rate of my ads it was nothing but a scam with fake streams from bots and they stole $200 from my account. Yes it was stolen because I never received anything for it.

I cannot stress this enough.. Do not use these guys.

Was a bit hesitant after the trial but I decided to give it a go and invest in myself since I liked the framework of how this was gonna happen. I am now 6 weeks in and I have grown substantially while getting to work with a great amount of brands. Even did a group campaign with other influencers which was really fun to try. The results are obviously more than what I was expecting but I think what has surprised me the most is the overall attention to detail and the way take care of me. I really feel like I am a part of something and that I have an actual team. I love that they both grow my account and get me brand deals. I think the concept is genius. Who would want a management that does nothing while taking 10%, 20% or even 25%? It is just ignorant to me. Best concept I have come across for a long time and best team to work with. Professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Their know-how is beyond my understanding. Very, very happy, satisfied, and grateful for the opportunity and the results so far.

Outstanding results and communication in general. Shout out to Alexander for being on top of everything since day one. Love that we can communicate on WhatsApp. It’s so much easier than checking email all day long lol. Go teeeeam.

I seen results with Vertex in just 3 days during the trial! The drove 196 followers towards me in just those days alone. I was amazed. I can honestly say that they don’t just care about the money, they truly want to help you grow your career in the social media world! I highly recommend!!

Tried multiple services for TikTok growth and it’s never really been the best but these guys are unbelievable! Amazing results on the growth front and the combination with brand deals are just insane! Been doing TikTok campaigns with them for well over 5 weeks and already had 3 beand deals. Couldn’t believe it when it first started happening and now it’s like normal! Haha. I have earned $1225 in total from brand deals so far, could have earned more but decided to decline a few since I was busy with life . Was offered an advertising service where, for 9 dollars, I would have my song advertised to the extent that I would get 10k listens on Spotify.
Sounded too good to be true, but thought I would give it a try.
Website seems legit, their video explaining what they do seemed good, the communication via email was great - and then last night they used my card details again to try to take nearly 200 dollars from my bank account.
Thankfully I used a card that I don't keep money in, just in case they were dodgy, so the payment was declined.
So I suppose it wasn't theft, it was attempted theft.
Currently looking into how I can file a criminal report against them...

Edit: As you can see from their reply, they’re saying I paid for a “trial” and that the next payment was meant to happen. Yet the next payment came 3 days after my “trial” payment, and literally nothing had happened in those 3 days. So what exactly did I trial? And no, as I can prove from the emails, no one told me there would be a second payment, and especially not one as large as nearly 200 dollars.
Either this is a scam, or you need to fire the staff member I was communicating with.

Awesome service! Can't believe how great it's been so far. I tried other services in the past but unfortunately they always turned out to be pretty vague not gonna lie. I like the communication with my representative & I obviously love that my content is finally seen by more people due to the way they take advantage of the algorithm. 5/5, no doubt about it.

Kristoffer and the rest of the team have definitely impressed me with their professionalism and results. They do what they say and honestly over-deliver. I was very skeptical at first just because it sounded too good to be true and I’ve been scammed in the past working with random Spotify promoters who reach out to me via Instagram so I appreciate the way in which they communicate. Everything is via email and feels very authentic and genuine. Would definitely recommend them to any artist looking to grow their Spotify streams.

I’m beyond impressed, Kristoffer and the team at Vertex Consulting have blown my expectations out of the water. Raised my streams with organic growth directly through my profile. I keep track of my stats daily and have seen drastic growth. Everything that that have said they would do, they have nearly doubled. I’ve tried other Spotify Promotion companies and gotten less than a quarter of the results. It has truly been a pleasure working with this company and I cannot wait to continue working with them.

So I was a little skeptical at first looking at the way my numbers were spiking and dropping. However after a few weeks my streams started coming from algorithmic playlists. As they all originally started from “profile and catalog” making me skeptical the streams were botted. Eventually a week or 2 into the promo I noticed algorithmic playlist placements and streams coming from these placements. Today I have streams from second song I released with 16% coming from algorithmic playlists and 14% on my first song. I have amassed 2,000 of the 22,000 streams from one single placement in the algorithm. I paid for a “novice package” spending 95$ with a guaranteed return of 4000-8000 streams. I started with 40 monthly listeners and currently have 4,730 monthly listeners on Spotify on the date of writing this review. We went above and beyond the threshold for streams being 8000 and Kristoffer passing 22K on the final day of promo (currently at 29,729). Im honestly very satisfied and enjoyed working with Kristoffer. Communication was direct and timely. I always had an update every Monday for retargeting. At some point one of my songs was not performing at all and Kristoffer told me directly people were not listening for more than 30 seconds and that they will redirect the budget. I respected this very much. Overall, was a great experience, would recommend to a fellow artist and would commit to this company again. In conclusion, During the start things seem a bit shady however the team is communicative and available and over time the advertising converts to algorithm. Or at least it did for me. I cannot say everyone will have the fantastic results that I did. However I’d recommend to give it a try. If you have good music you’ll smash the requisite streams. If you have mediocre music they’ll 100% reach the threshold. Was very great working with Kristoffer and would definetily recommend vertex consulting groups services!
