I found Abbey Blinds online when I was searching for Perfect Fit shutter style blinds and was shocked at the prices on Blinds2go etc. The videos for measuring and fitting are brilliant, the price for my order was around 30% less than their competitors, and the end product is of great quality. These took around 3 weeks to arrive (to NE Scotland) which was a similar lead time provided on competitor's websites. I'll definitely use them again, just brilliant.

We purchased replacement vertical blinds for a conservatory originally fitted out by Hilary Blinds. The price was excellent, the quality was very impressive too. We live locally so left example existing blinds to measure up. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and all goods and accessories were spot on, no shortfalls with weights or link chains. Took about 2-3 hours to refit a medium sized conservatory and the end result looks great. Well pleased and will definitely use again!

Ordered replacement blind slats after having new windows fitted, they are excellent quality at a very good price. Delivery was free and was quick for made to measure slats. Will certainly use this company again if the need arises.

I have previously ordered blackout blinds from this company so I ordered the same material. What came was completely different. The material is so thin it let's light through. They are too poor quality to hang. They are fit to be thrown away.

Great price for great quality replacement vertical blind slats. Best price available, quick turnaround and just as good as more expensive stores. Nice touch to include a spare of each size slat too. Can highly recommend!

I ordered replacement slats, weights and hangers for a living room vertical blind. Communication was great, every step was explained, the time from ordering to taking delivery was really good, and most importantly the quality of the products is top notch.

Well the price was excellent, it did take a few days longer than I would of liked to receive my replacement slats. BUT very satisfied with the end result

Communication is very poor, constantly had to chase up for updates. Blinds arrived late and damaged. Quality control seems to be an issue.

Agreed to replace damaged blinds but again 3 weeks out I'm still awaiting an update from them and cant get anyone on the phone or a reply to my emails requesting delivery. No idea now if ill get my replacement, would look elsewhere based on this experience.

Having previously requested a pattern sample which arrived a few days later, I actually ordered a complete vertical blind last Sunday. This arrived on Wednesday and I was able to track delivery throughout the process. The blind is now up and looks fantastic. Great value for such a reasonable price and extremely speedy and efficient service. Thank you.

What a fantastic company. My vertical blind slats arrived really quickly and look amazing. An extra slat was included for each of the 2 sizes I ordered. I had accidentally combined the 2 sizes making them all one size, but customer service were amazing. They answered my email really quickly and sorted my mistake immediately. Spot on customer service. What an excellent company, found by chance on google when looking for a company who do replacement vertical blind slats. I could not believe some of the prices from other suppliers, but found Abbey Blinds who were so reasonable in price i decided to give them a go, and i am so glad i did! It was so easy to order and the delivery was a coupe of days later, rare to find good customer service these days so thankyou Abbey blinds i have kept your website on my favourites list and if the need arises you wil be my first point of call!

Excellent quality, and great service. Ordered slats, hangers, weights and chain, the slats’ seams are nicely welded and really look the part. Got a spare slat and spare weights and hangers too. My blind looks brand new. My wife is impressed too and that’s always a bonus

I have ordered 2 sets of blinds over the last few months and am very happy with the blinds. I had one small problem with an order that was missing the hangers. I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, as soon as they opened Monday morning I received a reply and it was was resolved the same day with no fuss.
