I’ve been using Vertu Motorrad Sunderland for several years now, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic. BMW S1000R
I recently bought a brand new S1000R from this dealership, I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen throughout. He was great from start to finish, making sure I was happy with everything without pressuring me at all. Gave me a great Part Ex deal and matched a deal from another BMW dealership on the S1000R. Throughly happy with the whole process, I never actually went to the dealership so communication was key and Stephen certainly kept me informed every step of the way.
Would certainly recommend this dealer… for the ride!

Fabulous dealer with the customer at heart
Phoned and spoke to Michael ref a used R1250GS Adventure. Michael was professional, helpful and did a great deal. When I went to see the bike, there was some corrosion on the swingarm and diff that was not in keeping with the rest of the bike that was immaculate. They spoke to BMW and fought my case for getting it sorted and then installed it, making the bike perfect.
I really can’t express how brilliant all the staff were to deal with and based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

Ducati Diavel service at Ducati Sunderland
Having moved up to the Northumberland area recently from the Manchester area I booked my Ducati Diavel in with Ducati Sunderland for it's first (minor) service. And I have to say I was very impressed with their customer service from start to finish.
Mick Clements' service team, and in particular Stu Turner who actually serviced my bike, really took care of me and my bike, keeping me informed every step of the way........and to put the icing on the cake it was returned looking like new.

I recently had my new CBR650R delivered from Vertu Honda Stockton, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Luke, my salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the process.
He went above and beyond to make everything easy — even arranging for a Tail Tidier to be fitted before delivery. The bike arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m looking forward to putting some miles on it once the weather improves.
I was so impressed with Luke and the entire team that I ended up buying a new bike for my wife from them as well. Their customer service really is first‑class.

A great dealership that made buying a new bike simple and quick.
Having decided it was time to buy a different bike so I had something exciting to look forward to in 2026 I had been to several outlets and dealerships on the biking radar. Nearly all were helpful with some great offers but something was missing ! I found this at Vertu Stockton when I looked at the bikes available. The quality of the bikes available was above all other outlets and the friendly staff were great from the off. Any information I asked for was given. No pressure sales from the guys were excellent and the general feel was great. Thanks to Chris and the other guys for a great offer. I quickly decided on the bike I wanted and left a deposit not long after.
