Excellent service from Sam at Vertu 🤩
This is my 2nd mini from Sam at Vertu - absolutely fantastic experience! Sam was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect car. She made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — nothing was ever too much trouble.
Sam and Becky at Vertu are equally lovely, professional, and attentive, creating such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. I felt completely looked after every step of the way, and the customer service was truly outstanding.

Could have been 5*
Purchased a used BMW for £28K. The interaction with the Sales Executive rates a 5 star. However, the car arrived with nearly 400 extra miles than was on the car at the time of purchase. One of the keys was not functioning and needed a new battery. After only 8 miles of driving the tyre pressure is out of spec. Difficult to understand when you see how BMW pushes its pre-sales checks.

Outstanding, Taylor was our sales advisor, he was absolutely amazing. We ask him to look for a car within our price range,low mileage and age of car. Found one for us within 15 mins. The qashqai we got was automatic, I had never drove on before. The day of my test drive I was so nervous just like taking my driving test again. Taylor talked me through the motion and I did ok. Sam was very polite, professional and attentive, and managed to find me a deal which I am very happy with. Even though he was on annual leave for hand over, I was left in max’s capable hands, who again was all of the above. No problem was too small, and all issues were resolved before I left. Thank you
