From the initial personalised video walkaround of my new (used) car sent to me, to collecting my car a few days later, Mark has been a pleasure to deal with. I bought a ford Kuga from virtu Birmingham Megan delt with it from start to finish any questions were answered by Megan she knows her job great service thumbs up to Megan and her team

I had a signed agreement to purchase a used Vehicle from Vertu Birmingham, but the order was cancelled when I queried why the vehicles had been MOT'd every 6 months instead of the usual 12.

Vertu cancelled order as turns out the vehicle had been used as a taxi, which invalidates warranty and Vertu were unable to complete the sale. Considering I had to point this out, it is seriously worrying about the quality of vehicle checks that Vertu actually undertake.

Vertu offered to look for similar alternative, mentioning one in stock and never called back! Shocking customer service, would not buy from Vertu.
