Great all-round experience! Competitive monthly leasing quotes and car delivered in around three to four weeks. I was especially impressed with Ford's tie-up with Octopus allowing a complimentary wall charger installation.

I bought a Mercedes from Aylesbury
I bought a Mercedes from Aylesbury. Called next day to say the car was stuttering. Young car sales man did not respond to my calls or emails so went straight to management.After the 3rd time back fixed fault which was the clutch. 6 months later it now has a fault with the radio. Was told to take it to one closer to home. Dropped it off 8.30. 17.00 I called them for them to say I need to take it back to a main dealer. Baring in mind I had a notification the car was unlocked before lunch. Not a call back to collect it earlier. Wasted a day off work. Unpaid. I didn’t find service from them very helpful.

First day in my used new Kia Sportage
First day in my used new Kia Sportage. Again the staff at Bromley Ford have done it again. 5 years ago my mum had a hip operation and I wanted her to be comfortable in a vehicle to help her with getting out and about without complications. I picked up a EcoSport then and now after five years, I have needed a car for the same reason and also automatic. I gave this requirement over to the team and off they went "Callum" found the ideal car in Nottingham on the web and the next thing I know, it's at Bromley ready to have a look at and test drive.
The support, information, questions, knowledge about the car with costs, servicing and maintenance was brilliant.
I have been with Bromley for six years and we are all human, but find them great at feeling your in control and happy with every decision. Well done everyone.

Vertu Ford Bromley were great because. The sales person Carrie-Anne Carmen who I have been dealing with for 16 years is the reason I return to her at the Bromley showroom again, again and again. She is so patient, polite and never puts any pressure with a sale. A very nice young lady always there for advice. Very Happy with Carrie.

I was in an car crash with lorry. I've came out of it unscathed but in all of it I've lost my dream car. So naturally I've started looking for a new one. Vertu Ford Bromley came across during my searches and boy, they have delivered. From the first contact till my drive off site. An absolutely priceless experience.
