What an amazing experience i had today…
What an amazing experience i had today buying my car at Bromley. Millie made me feel very relaxed, and totally helped me by explaining everything I needed to know about the car, even though she had to repeat herself 10 times. Kelly was extremely helpful too. Terrible service, unsafe experience
Booked my Ford Transit Custom with Vertu Bromley for a wheel noise issue. Arrived early as instructed, waited 2+ hours before opening — then told my booking didn’t exist. They refused to help, despite my van being potentially unsafe to drive. Complete disregard for customer safety and service. Avoid this branch.

UK same old
On initial inspection the car had significant damage to a rear seat. Allegedly caused by a loan customer. It should never have been advertised with this damage. After numerous texts and emails an agreement was made and damage repaired by upholsterer. The car was allegedly valeted but was in a poor condition on delivery leaving me to rectify. There was no user manual of any description and the delivery driver could not help with operations. It is a nice drive BUT none of the sat nav journeys nor previous phone blue tooth connections were deleted. The rear tail gate remote foot control does not work after tow bar fitted which I will raise with dealer.

Utterly dreadful
Relating to Bristol Street Motors Bromley.
Utterly dreadful. Brought a second hand Ford Fiesta for our son as a first car in December 2023. 18 months on and the car has needed to go back more than once for not insignificant problems, on each occasion the service has been slow and required constant chasing by us.
Now, less than 2 years after buying the car (and with a very careful driver and a constant supply of black box data to evidence) we are now told the car needs a complete new engine (we chased for 3 days for this information, not one call to us) and the car will not be returned for a least a month.
No offer of a replacement vehicle and all round appalling customer service.
We will now need to obviously sell the car before the warranty expires at a significant loss - we had planned to keep this car for years for all 3 children to learn on and use as their first car. For reference it is an 18 registration so not even that old and had just 19,000 miles when we brought and our son has only used it locally, no long journeys, motorways or anything to add significantly to the mileage.
My advice, never buy a car from this garage.
