Mechanic friend ordered part and called branch to make sure his friend (me) could pick it up on his behalf. He was left on hold for ten minutes and eventually cut off, he called back and was told yes come in that day with the ref number. So I left work early (because the job urgently needs doing) and drove for 30 mins to get there only to be told I couldn't have the paid for property because the branch was doing a stocktake and to come back before 5. I don't usually leave complaints but there was no attempt made to help me, I was told just to come back later for the item that had already been paid for (my property) so why that was being counted in a stocktake I don't understand. And why weren't we pre warned about this when we called.
So now I have to put the mechanic off for two hours to fit the part in my car. Cheers Ford, loving yr work!!

I brought my 11yo Mondeo in for a recall but had already indicated that I was looking for a replacement.
Alexa had already identified a possible replacement for me. With absolutely no pressure, the car was transferred for me to view, Alexa handled all the paperwork, explained all the purchase options and recommended warranty and service packages. As expected, the sale went through very smoothly, any concerns that I had were dealt with professionally and to my satisfaction. Thsnk you Alexa.

Due to current health issues I had dropped the car off at Vertu Motors Ford (University Way, Crewe) 2 days early.
Currently my car is vital re hospital visits for scans and treatment. Despite dropping the car off early the car received its free visual check and repair on the very same day. The following day it was returned (saving me the need to collect) and had been cleaned. I was also able to pay online which was convenient. I was looked after brilliantly by Mr Leigh Biddulph (After Sales Manager) and Scott Appleton. I've got used to 5 star service when dealing with Leigh's team but on this occasion it's 6 Stars from me. Thanks Leigh.

After Getting onto CEO, we are insured for Anglesy but to get to the facts has been unaccaptable and triggering of MH and their customer service is still rubbish. Review taking place (supposedly) Hope they allow their customer SERVICE agents to actually help the CUSTOMER Normally forgive and forget when a problem is fixed but not in this case it was so preventable and with proper Customer Service processes 'and 1*remains 😡

Bit of advice for anyone who has a Vertu car and paid for the extended warranty.
The AA cover does not cover Anglesey or indeed ANY British Island within the British 'ISLES'
North Scotland PERHAPS fair enough but dont squirrell it away like you are ashamed oh hang on ! and Ynys Mon ? How long is the bridge ? Luckily OCD and poor MH have their advantages ! What about young famillies that are strapped for cash and break down on holiday or How many Anglesey residents are driving around unawares sorry to be a bore and rant guys but would like all friends family and Vertu Customers making aware.

Excellent service from Dan Kidd. He clearly explained everything about the vehicle and took me on a test drive to see if it was the vehicle which I was happy with, he made sure I fully understood about the deal being done with the exchange of my current vehicle and the financial outlay.
He could not have been any more helpful and was so friendly in all aspects regarding his dealings with me right through to the handover and inspection along with instructions about the controls.
Would certainly recommend to other.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating at Vertu Ford in Crewe. I did find that when I rang the dealership I was often left waiting for a call back because people weren't available, and on one occasion - when I was just ringing to check if the car was ready to be collected - I felt the receptionist should have been able to answer my question without trying to pass me on to someone else. After I bought the car I realised it had been sold with more miles on the clock than were on the paperwork, but when I rang up to complain this issue was quickly resolved, which I appreciated.
