I dealt with a Nice chap from Sales called…
I dealt with a chap from Sales called Ben when I enquired about a car they had advertised, I asked him to send me some details about the Service History of the car and he sent them immediately, I lodged a holding deposit and arranged to travel down on the train to see the car, I came a day earlier because the weather forecast was very poor and I wanted to inspect the car whilst it was dry, Ben was very Helpful and not at all pushy.
He was very patient as I thoroughly checked the car inside and out and did not try to rush me.
He answered all my questions and gave me all the information I asked for to help me make an informed decision about buying this Car.
I always have my doubts about car sales people after a previous bad experience , but everything than Ben told me added up and he was excellent in his approach.
I would recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to buy a car, he can also source cars even if they are not on site which is a big Help when you are traipsing around the country looking for that Vehicle that ticks all the Boxes.
I hope his boss realises what a good salesman he has there in Crewe, He is an asset to the Company and I will ring him again when I am searching for my next car .
Vertu have taken over Bristol St Motors and they seem to have a better approach in how they do business and who they employ.

I rang to book my husbands car in to…
I rang to book my husbands car in to have some warning lights investigated
I was told they could not do anything for 2 months !!
When stating it was not ideal to be driving a car with these warning lights on was told well if he is in the AA or RAC he can ring them
I am disgusted with this service and we will never purchase another Ford if this is the attitude of our local dealer
