Really good experience
Shaun was really lovely. I was buying my first car and he was so helpful. He just let me and my mum have a look and discuss between us what we thought was right. He really made the experience of buying my first car an enjoyable one! Would definitely recommend as the staff are lovely!!

I recently purchased a car from Virtue Honda Doncaster and couldn't be happier with the experience.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. The reception team made us feel comfortable straight away, creating a warm and reassuring atmosphere.
A special mention must go to Charlie, who was outstanding throughout. He is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely passionate about what he does. No question was too much trouble, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, and it was obvious that he really knows both the Honda brand and the vehicles inside and out.
What stood out most was the level of care and support from the entire team. Rather than feeling like a customer making a purchase, I felt looked after by a group of people who genuinely wanted me to make the right decision. There is a real sense of community within the dealership, and that personal touch made all the difference.
I left feeling completely confident in my purchase and reassured by the excellent aftercare package. Knowing my car is covered and supported for the next two years gives me real peace of mind.

I had been searching for what felt like forever to find a Honda CR-V with exactly the right specification, and I was delighted when I finally came across the perfect vehicle at Vertu Honda Doncaster.
Within minutes of registering my interest online, I received a call from Eddy, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the very start. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable. A part-exchange valuation for my existing car was agreed over the phone, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to make a decision – something I really appreciated.
As I live more than 150 miles away, viewing the vehicle in person wasn't practical. However, Eddy went above and beyond by preparing a detailed personalised video of the car, which gave me complete confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. Combined with Honda's excellent reputation and Eddy's honest, reassuring approach, I felt comfortable purchasing the car without even seeing it in person or taking a test drive.
When I arrived the following week to collect my new CR-V, it exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was presented beautifully and was exactly as described. The entire experience, from my initial enquiry through to collection, was seamless and professional.
A huge thank you to Eddy and the team at Vertu Honda Doncaster for providing outstanding customer service. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a genuinely stress-free buying experience.

I absolutely love my new used Honda HRV. Maintenance on old car/purchase of another car
Had to have some work done on my old car in preparation to move it on. Emma on reception was very helpful with this, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
Ajay suggested a car he felt would be suitable for me, and arranged a viewing and test drive of new car. The service was personalised and friendly.
I liked the added touch of having my car under a cover when I went in to pick it up. Ajay invited me to pull the cover off and took photos for us.

Excellent MOT & courtesy car experience
After having an excellent experience with repairs/maintenance a couple of weeks ago, and with my MOT due soon, I decided to book my car back here for its MOT.
The booking experience through the website was again top notch. This time the courtesy car was available for the date I wanted, so I decided to give it a try — as I'm on the other side of Doncaster, I had used a taxi last time. The courtesy car turned out to be a cheaper and more convenient option.
Getting the courtesy car was easy. Emma sent over the documentation to sign. The policy wasn't a huge amount of text, so it didn't take long to read through the terms and sign. She asked if I had driven an automatic before, which I hadn't. She kindly arranged for her service manager (I didn't catch his name, but he was a nice bloke) to walk me through it, and he was very patient as I got to grips with it.
The car itself was really nice — a 2023 Honda HR-V Elegance Hybrid. Though not explicitly stated on the website, those with an automatic-only licence can still use the courtesy car, as it is an automatic. It was much nicer than my own car! Easy to drive, and even though it was bigger than mine, it has sensors and cameras to help with parking, so the size wasn't an issue.
I'll definitely use this service again and would recommend the courtesy car, as it allowed me to carry on with my day without interruption.
