Fantastic Service from Ulianna
We recently visited Vertu Edinburgh West MG and had the pleasure of dealing with Ulianna, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the MGS9 during our test drive.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable without any pressure. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right car.
A real credit to Vertu Edinburgh West MG — thank you, Ulianna! Highly recommended

falsely advertising cars that are not even on site
well where do i start with this....be careful when going to see cars they have advertised on there website claiming these cars are onsite when in actual fact some of there cars are not on site and being loaned out to customers and there staff to use..i had a wasted 40 mile journey into there edinburgh mg branch to see a car i wanted to buy and could not get to view it because it was off site being used by someone else..,i asked the question why you advertising cars on your website that are not onsite...also the milage that the cars are being listed as having are wrong if these cars are being loaned out on a daily basis...i simply got told they are vartu.s cars till they are sold vartu will do what they like with them....not when your falsely advertising cars claiming there onsite and with the wrong milage you cant this is misleading....you could be doing a sale for one of these cars and just imagine whoever has the car could be in an accident with the car your buying and bang the car is written off...ok am not suggesting they would not give your money back but one hell of an inconvenience....have the decency if the cars not onsite take it off your website till they are and then when advertising them again make sure the milage is correct.....

Excellent service from point of enquiry through to delivery. Andrew Simpson and his team were very professional and kept me abreast of the process all along the way. I called Vertu Motors (MG) to enquire about a specific model and colour. I spoke with Ulianna and was pleasantly surprised by her friendly manner and extremely helpful attitude. No sales push and very knowledgeable about the model of car. I arranged a test drive for the following day and was greeted by Ulianna and talked through various options. It was also noticeable that Paul, the Sales Manager introduced himself and was also most helpful.
After experiencing some rather unhelpful service elsewhere it was a refreshing change to be treated like a human being. Ordered the exact car I was looking for and am now waiting for delivery. Great experience from beginning to end.

Customer aftercare
After speaking to the manager Darren, he booked me in for a new battery. The original battery had faults on 3 seperate occasions with being flat after a week of not using the car.
Thankfully the battery was changed today and hopefully resolves the issue. Staff have been helpful through the process.

Outstanding customer support from Darren and Emmy who went above and beyond in ensuring a warranty issue was rectified as quickly as possible on our MG HS. Wanted to test drive an MG IM6 and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The car was a pleasure to drive and Dom was very knowledgeable about the "bells and whistles" on the car and answered all my questions.
