NO cash NO help
I spoke today to a very unhelpful and in my view a rude person working in service. I had a general advice enquiry with a problem I had with the media screen in my CHR Hybrid. I simply wanted to know If I was doing something Wrong ? He refused any advice and instantly told me to book it in for a diagnostic scan which would cost 190 something pounds plus vat even after I informed him the Monthly paid service plan was valid until November . I then asked him outright " can you help me or give me any advice over the phone ? His reply simply NO we don`t do that over the phone. I promptly hung up ! So thank you Mr helpful , it just shows to me, all they are bothered about is grabbing your money, NO cash, NO help !

Toyota Aygo Hybrid
This is the fourth Toyota Aygo i have purchased in the last seven and a half years.I have been totally satisfied with the cars and with the people that i have dealt with

Me and my partner wanted to test drive a CH-R+ electric and luckily we got Raul. He took us through the whole process of test driving the car, learning more about it and how to go about getting the car through the motability scheme. We were initially very nervous about the process and expected there to be so many hurdles in the way, but Raul made it the easiest and smoothest process possible. All in one appointment we walked away with an approved application and two weeks later got our new car. Everything was so clear, we was helped by Raul to get set up in the car and everything was sorted. Daniel was also very helpful running through some final paperwork before getting the call to collect the car. we never felt judged getting a car through a different way either which made the process feel a lot nicer. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience buying a new car
Fantastic experience buying a new car, gave us an absolutely great deal on a trade in, have bought the plug in Prius, each and every one of the salesman, Jamie, Matt & Joe, were so helpful, their customer service is second to none, so much so, that our other car now goes to them for service, they quoted us HALF of another garage for work doing, which really was surprising, cannot recommend Toyota Vertu at Wickersley, Rotherham enough

I recently bought my new Toyota Aygo X from the Wickersley Vertu branch, and I could not be happier with the service. Daniel was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and super helpful while helping me choose the perfect car.

Brilliant experience compared to other places
Daniel was really great in finding the perfect car for me, I knew what I was looking for but it was difficult to find. We did all the signing of agreements online via text which was very efficient and meant I didn’t have to organise a day off work to go to the dealership. Everything was explained clearly and costings were upfront. Kept in contact regularly and then on the day of handover it was made special with a ‘reveal’ of my car. The whole team are lovely and welcoming there and there’s no pushiness. It’s a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Vertu Rotherham if you’re looking for a Toyota. Thank you ☺️
