Not even had the van for 3 years, yet it already has rust on both the drivers door & the passenger door. Took it into Vertu Crewe to be told yes it’s covered under the warranty but we won’t pay to have the sign writing put back on?! How can you justify asking us to pay to have the sign writing put back on, through no fault of our own?! We didn’t know the van would rust in less than 3 years! That’s clearly bad workmanship/manufacturing. Completely unhelpful warranty department & after contacting head office, was told pretty much the same thing, despite me asking for a repair rather than a replacement door. As repairing the door would mean the sign writing wouldn’t need to be put back on, no customer service or negotiation for resolving the issue, pretty much ‘it is what it is, take what we offer or forget it’ wouldn’t recommend this garage or Vauxhall to anyone if this is how they deal with you after a sale!

Ben rang me up for a review on my current car, I went in on Tuesday and met with Ben. He was welcoming and talked me through the different options available. I looked at the Astra and took it for a test drive, loved the car but it's out of my reach at the moment. Instead I looked to upgrade my Mokka, Jeff found a good deal for a better Mokka however my heart is set on the Astra so I decided to wait until I can get this car. Jeff and Ben, can't thank you enough for all your help and understanding.

I had a great experience whilst buying my new car. We were greeted warmly from the first visit, shown all options and not pressured. Anthony was very informative and helpful. Great service also from Geoff. Highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for a new car. I’m not normally very good with dealing with people but they made it really easy and I felt at ease.

Very helpful member of staff, polite, cheerful and very informative. Made us feel very welcome, and at ease. Talked us through all the paperwork, and kept us up to date with progress. When the car was ready for pick up we were shown how everything worked, and assured we can contact him with any queries.

Car was in for a routine service. Needed follow up work but it was not made clear at the time, so after various emails and phone calls it had to be booked in 2 weeks later instead of being done during the service. Booked a while you wait appointment that should have been 1 hour but ended up waiting over 2 hours. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and I won't be going back there unfortunately.

Salesman Ben was really helpful and reassuring from start to the finish. He patiently answered all my questions and made the whole process less onerous as this was the first car purchase since the lost of my late husband.
He also spent some time at the hand over of my new car to set me up with my connection etc to my mobile phone etc. Very grateful Ben so many thanks
