Friendly staff who made sourcing a new car really easy. Emily processed everything really quickly and was always on hand to clear up all of my queries. I was ultra impressed when they provided me with a demonstrator to keep me on the road when my insurance courtesy car ended but my delivery date hadn't arrived. A+ service. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
We feel it’s important to recognise excellent customer service when we receive it as we had during the ordering and pick up of my mums new car.
Even though this involved a journey time of over an hr to the dealership( and there were dealerships closer) it seemed worthwhile due to the initial superb phone calls we had with Emily. This was further improved by a great visit to allow my mum to test drive the Corsa (an eventful drive Emily will regale for years to come with her team and maybe other customers, names removed of course for data protection😉😀).
Again after my mum ordered the Corsa, Emily and Alison both kept in touch to update my mum and help with additional admin required and plate change. Emily even visited my mum at home to go over paperwork and deliver new plates for my mums old car due to plate change ahead of picking up the new car.
We cannot thank Emily and the team at Vertu Vauxhall enough for making the whole process as easy as it could be.

It was absolutely perfect
It was absolutely perfect. I had amazing help from Jemma who helped me not only find which car would be best and most practical for me, bet helped me through the whole process of buying the car as well as knowing how to take good care of it and what cover to get. I would highly recommend this car dealer ship as everyone was so nice and welcoming. We also had our dog and she was able to come in with us which just made everything that much better.

Fantastic customer service
From start to finish we were treated like valued customers. There was no hard sell, everything was explained to us about the car, finance and added extras if we wanted them. We opted to pay cash which again was no problem and easily done. Unfortunately due to weather we could not get the car valeted but once it got milder we took the car back and after it's valet it was sparkling. They even touched up a couple of dints free of charge. Our Salesperson Kenzie was excellent we could not fault her professionalism and knowledge of the car industry, she is a credit to the company. We can highly recommend buying a vehicle here.
