I came into have a little browse around and had no intentions of walking out with a new car! But that’s exactly what happened, as a result of some friendly smooth talking and clever number crunching by a young man called Daniel Gosling. Daniel listened to what I wanted, my concerns and the budget I had to work with. Once I had chosen the car and filled out the paperwork. I was given timelines and next steps.Daniel kept me informed over the next few weeks of when I my car would arrive and what steps I had to take before collection. The whole process was smooth and stress free thanks to Daniel, and yes I will be referring daughter to come and see Daniel for new car. 10/10 for customer service.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience — it was smooth, stress-free and completely hassle-free from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Alex, who handled everything for me. She was absolutely amazing — professional, patient, polite and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with everything.
What really stood out was how much she cared about making sure everything went perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make the experience easy for me.
