Best car company by miles!
I lease my car but not from Virtu Leeds, however, they are my preferred garage for any repairs or servicing. I received my car brand new in September 2025 but unfortunately had some problems with it in April this year. It went to Vertu Leeds on the 5th May and it took almost three months to be fully repaired. This was not the fault of Virtu, it is an all electric car and they had to keep going back to VW when each thing they were told to try didn’t work. During the time my car was with the garage I was kept fully informed of what was happening and Stephen in the service department not only kept in touch with me but also ensured I had a car of same size for my holiday travels and then as soon as the exact model as mine was available he swapped them over. I cannot fault the garage for my car’s extended stay, the service staff certainly put their customers first and I have to give a special mention to Stephen who would be in touch constantly and I even received texts whenever the car was in the workshop. I finally got my car back and it is now even better than when I first got it. Obviously it had its faults from day 1. I picked up my car and the following day received a wonderful luxury hamper and boxed selection of Hotel Chocolat from Virtu. I would certainly recommend this garage for buying, servicing , repairs etc. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and kindness.

Excellent and efficient
We dealt with Kane at the Leeds depo and he was brilliant. The whole process of buying the car was simple and efficient and going above and beyond to deliver it for us in time for going on holiday was very much appreciated. We also dealt with the Skipton branch for some after care and we can’t fault them. We will be buying from vertu Leeds or Skipton again.
