Fabulous service from Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield
I have recently purchased a new car from Vertu Volkswagen in Mansfield.
I cannot fault the customer service received from everyone at the dealership, from our first visit through to collecting my car.
The sales staff were professional and friendly at all times and answered all of our questions and provided much appreciated advice. Stefan went above and beyond to secure the car I wanted at a good price.
I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and the actual handover when I collected my car was exceptional. Mark was thorough, going through everything I needed to know in detail. I am confident that should I encounter any issues with my car they will assist in any way they can.
Huge thanks to Stefan, Mark and the new car sales manager Brett for making my car buying experience such a good one.

Spent a week shopping around for a new TRoc 150 life in white for my daughter.I had a great deal from Vertu VW in Mansfield who had the car l wanted in stock so no long wait.
Steve Morgan took care of my Enquiry and the subsequent transaction and l couldn’t be happier with the way it was dealt with.l have been kept informed throughout and l would not hesitate in purchasing a car in the future with VW Vertu in Mansfield.

We travelled over 200 miles but it was well worth it!!!
Our experience was second to none. From start to finish!
We purchased the car on the website, and no dealers came close to the offers that Vertu were offering at the time. We spoke to Brett on the phone who bagged us the Volkswagen T-Roc 1.5 e TSI.
He actually stayed on after his hours to get us the car as the Offer Event was coming to a close on that day at 18.30hrs (and we bought it 18.20hrs) thank you Brett. We arranged to stay over in Nottingham for 1night as we were picking the car up on the 14/08/26.
We drove there as we were doing a part exchange. When we arrived at the Showroom, we were warmly welcomed by Brett. Who then introduced us to Johnathan, who suggested over refreshments that we have a test drive which we did. He too was very knowledgeable and as I had a manual car before, gave us some good tips on driving an automatic. As I’ve mentioned before, the vast saving that we made on the new car, we were offered some good after-sale products, like Ceramic Auto Glynn car protection and interior, wheels and tires protection against marking the Alloys against curbs etc… and a special saving on a Volkswagen Service plan over 2yrs.

Steve immediately made us welcome and was excellent at describing the advantages of the ID3, and found the time to take us out for a test drive.
All the snags were quickly sorted out and he delivered the car to us to save us the 45 minute trip from home to the dealership.
