This is an update....
I had reported here before that I placed an order with VeryVoga early in February 2019. I never received the order, even though I was given a tracking number to track the said order.
I sent a lot of mails to VeryVoga via their website registering my complaint and displeasure at not receiving an order I paid $126:94 for. In April 2019 veryvoga refunded only the shipping cost of $9.98 to me and demanded that I remove my review from Trustpilot. I refused to do that and kept sending mails demanding for a full refund of my money.
I finally decided to write a review on all the items I ordered for, but which I never received. In the review I accused veryvoga of being fraudulent and demanded again for my money. I know quite a lot of potential customers will see those damaging reviews which were written not about the items for sale, but about veryvoga's shady corporate image!
That obviously worked, because I received my full refund shortly after posting that damaging review on their website!!

I thought I'd give them a go despite the ongoing negative reviews and I was sadly left regretting my decision. 2 weeks I have been waiting for my order and online it STILL says "Processing". No reply to my email now that I have requested a refund.
DO NOT BE FOOLED. TIME WASTERS!

You must NEVER buy anything from them! I ordered two dresses from them for me and my daughter. They were supposed to be exactly the same dresses, but in different colours. The dresses in the picture seemed to be glittering. But when we got them, they didn't look like the picture at all. My dress had big sequines, my daughters dress had small sequines. They were awful! And some sequines on her arm was fell off. Veryvoga sent me an adress in Belgium for return. They said they never recived the dresses. And they didn't pay me back all the amount. The refund was only 40%. I lost $100 on this trade. Never, ever trust Veryvoga!
Update 14. nov. 2019: I`ve got an mail yesterday from them, and they offer me additional 30% refund if I remove this review from Trustpilot (?!). They lied to Trustpilot that I had never ordered anything from them!! 30% is nothing after all they have put me trough. I call this a bribery :( They should have thought of this before, and giving me a decent customer service.

Clothes are garbage don’t look like the pics - ordered a black dress it came light grey and wasn’t even the same design - didn’t ship 1/2 my order but charged me anyways and when I requested a refund they gave me a “ticket number” that I needed to process refund- their website wouldn’t recognize it and I never got the refund - clothes are missing seamed that should be sewn - dresses are see through, They will ship you anything they have on hand and claim that it is what is in the ad

Don't buy from this store, they will agree with you about something and later pretend never happened. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! DISHONEST COMPANY, STOLE MY MONEY !!

I ordered 6 dresses and when they arrived they didn’t look like anything in the photo. I returned them and I still haven’t received a full refund. They are dancing around the issue! The representatives are not helpful at all. Do not order from this site!!! Complete SCAM!!

They ignored my request for return address for full 14 days so in a complete panic and a rush to get my just under £300 back I sent to the address on the original package
It has been received and signed for info have the proof

Ordered items from another online company returned those got my money back no problem

I must say I'm very impressed with veryvoga . I have had one dress and three tops from this company and have received compliments when wearing them all ...I've received A1 customer service from them and a prompt response from emails I've sent them..Im somewhat suprised at the negative comments the company has received.

Veryvoga is a scam. don't purchase anything from this company. I still have not received my refund even though they have claimed to pay it. They don't resolve issues and there is no management to escalate your concerns to, they send incorrect / false information and always say they trying to resolve. Many other customers have had the same issues.

The clothes come in fact from Alibaba and they sell it for more. I know because I recognized some of them. The quality is not at all what the pictures seem to show. Do not order from them.

I recently dealt with customer services at VeryVoga after I found out my delivery was going to be a few days late as one item was out of stock. I have to say I was really impressed with the way my issue was dealt with, I got quick and polite responses to all my emails. I was inittially offered a discount for the inconvenience but as I needed the items for my holiday and they weren't going to be sent on time I requested a refund. My full refund was processed in 24 hours with no hassle at all. Very impressed I will definitely deal with them again :-)

Absolutely love the website and found a beautiful dress, i was shopping for a dress for a friends wedding and had read that it can take a few weeks for an order to arrive, so i placed an order 4 weeks in advance, I wasn't at home when the courier delivered the dress, but he didn't leave a card or any way to find out where to collect it from or attempt a redelivery. i contacted the courier and no reply, so I contacted Very Voga and they were so unhelpful, didn't actually read my message just sent generic replies, I've been back and forth for over 3 weeks with no resolution, i don't have my order so i just want a full refund, i don't understand why that is so difficult. Starting to believe it is a scam! Would not recommend ordering from them at all!

I purchase clothes online a lot, but never ever have to experience such a bad customer service like this.
I ordered a dress for my mum in the middle of May with standard delivery. As per their website, standard delivery is between 7-15 days. Between this time, I have not heard a word from VeryVoga. I contacted them, received a "copy and paste" response that delivery will be displayed soon and be with me within 7-15 days.
After a month, contacted them again, received exactly the same response. At the end, they said that delivery time is based on the date they send delivery, not the date I purchased.
So now, after 2 months, my mum still have not received her dress. So frustrating. If I bought this for me, it would not care much.
At this point, the item I purchased is no longer available. And they keep asking me if I want to get a refund or awaiting for the order. No compensation given and an official apologies from VeryVoga.
VeryVoga needs to have an actual customer service team as human team, not a "copy and paste" response team.

I wish I had seen this page first! Ok item arrived on time and the size was a good fit (ensure you go by measurements not sizes), but the quality of the product was not good and didn't worth the money. My review is 1 star because I wrote a negative review with photos on their site which got removed!

Goods arrived in good time however the quality was abismal. Material like parachute with no care instructions. They are in the bin... Lesson learnt do not buy

Crazyy all the bad reviews here. I'm in Switzerland and I bought one dress and one sandals they arrive in 10 days, really faster and all really good the size good, and the product good for the price. I can't upload pics in this page 😢

I received my dress from veryvoga today and I’m very happy with it,i ordered a small size and thought because it was button through it would be to tight at the top but am happy to say it fits perfectly..the material is silky but not see through.i got it four days after ordering it and it was beautifully packed..can’t understand some of the negative comments on other sites..would definitely use this company again

I made the mistake of buying a beach dress without checking trustpilot. The item arrived within 2 days (incredible!) but the quality is horrendous. Cheap, thin fabric, and the embroidery is terrible. Certainly not worth £27. More like £6. What a con. Tbh, I don’t understand how those websites are allowed to operate.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - they are scammers. They take your money and their product is completely different from what is advertised. Their customer service is the worst. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding and paid for express delivery on 29 April. On 15 May neither had arrived and when I contacted them they emailed back saying one of the dresses was sold out and they were yet to post the other. Didn't even apologise or offered to make mends. The dress finally arrived on 15 June and looked v different from the photo on the website and the material was horrid. Straight to the charity shop. I had to buy another dress for the wedding I was attending. I don't recommend.
