DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered 2 dresses from this website, they came just over 3 weeks later, both dresses did not resemble the photographs on the website. Plus the size was incorrect and misshaped.
They have no address for returns and do not respond!

Looks like I am one of the lucky ones considering most reviews. Ordered 3 dresses and they've arrived in good time (just over a week) and they're just as I hoped, lovely items that look just as advertised. I am very happy with the quality and sizing too. Didin't realise I was ordering from China as I went to the UK site, and I hadn't read the reviews first, so I am very relieved all was good with my order.

Just like other reviews cheap rubbish not true to size even with provided measurements.
Sent item back for some reason did not receive a full refund and I had to pay for postage each way. Dont bother wasting your time money and effort.

Omg, the dress I ordered looked so nice and flowy on the pictures/ But when you actually get the dress, the dress doesn't look anything like te picture. They are really messing with people. The dress is so stiff and thick. Don't know what they are thinking.

Absolutely awful. I bought 3 items, blue top, flowery blouse and dress. Dreadful quality, awful Chinese rubbish. I asked for a refund on all of them. I didn't even bother opening the packing. They come back and say we will provide a 40% refund to you, or a 50% discount off the next order; or alternatively send it back to China under my own steam. I'd rather give them away to my local charity shop. Stay away at all costs. I only wish to had looked them up on Trust Pilot before I bought the rubbish.

I literally took a photo of the items: when I say they are nothing like what is advertised I mean it.

As this says, they have contacted me again. But what will they do, the only thing is to give a total refund, and let me donate the dreadful clothes to charity.

Dress is made of very cheap low quality fabric, badly made with crooked seams . The colour is not what I ordered. The item is nothing like the photo . It’s cheap Chinese rubbish , don’t be fooled as I was . Avoid .

Not good Customer Service. Ordered several items for my holidays to find they took a month to be delivered. Sizes all over the place and have tried to get a returns label and they keep emailing me another order to track. Nightmare of a company to deal with and no postage paid for returns. I would never use this site again and still have the items and no refund

I cancelled my order within 24 hours and received a message stating that I would receive a full refund. 2 weeks later the parcel arrived. When I contacted them they informed me that I would have to pay the postage (a small fortune) and they offered me a coupon for their website (It took several messages before they responded). The dresses and hats I received were beyond ugly. NOTHING like the images on their website. This company is disgraceful. My advice DO NOT buy from VeryVoga.co.uk. they will rip you off.

I bought a 2 part dress. Parcel came very quickly. I was surprised with colours,very dark, not what I expected and what I saw on photos. What surprised me most were dress's straps, made from cotton lace in bright yellow colour (polyester dress).
Outer part of my dress has ties with something ridiculous on ends,different shape each.
The photos provided didn't show straps and ends of ties !!!
Size very good.

I ordered a dress but i don't like it so I asked for return instructions. They are so unclear about returning my product. I asked serveral times for clear instructions a the return address in Belgium. That address is not on the website and they don't give it to me.
I'am still trying to sent the dress back. I want my money back!

The website I ordered from was veryvoga.co.uk therefore I thought it was a UK site. Only after ordering did I discover (from looking at these reviews) that the dress was coming from China. Given the bad reviews here I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order on the 9th of April & it arrived on the 20th. It was a day late for the party I was intending to wear it to, however I had bought a spare once I realised it was coming from China. Delivery was therefore prompt but they should indicate on the website that they are based in China. With regards to the quality of the dress, for just under £30 including fast post costs it is good value for money. The dress is also lined, which I wasn’t expecting. With regards to size, can I first say that I have problems in some shops here in the UK with sizing. I’m a UK 18 but larger on top so usually have to go to a 20 in a dress. I ordered a 3XL. It fits but I would have preferred a wee bit more room up top. Hope this reviews helps others....particularly if like me you have ordered first and then read the reviews!

nasty outrageous clothes, terrible quality, all excuses after sending the goods back and don't return the money, I don't recommend

I don't usually leave reviews, but after the terrible experience I had I wanted to share it with someone to prevent them from making the same mistake.

I ordered a dress from this company beginning of November for a Christmas party mid-December. I didn't receive product until end of December, which was way past my Christmas party date. When I hadn't heard anything for a couple weeks I emailed them to check and see if everything was okay. After that point I was given the runaround, I was called the wrong name several times, I was informed at one point that the product was being sent back to the warehouse because it was not able to be delivered (they had the correct address and no note was left), and then they began to ignore my emails. I tried finding a number to call but there was none to be found on the website. I finally received the product end of December and it was very poor quality and way too small even though I ordered two sizes bigger just in case. When I emailed them to try and return the product I never received an email back. 30 days after my initial order I received another email calling me by two different name saying that I had ordered more from them. When I emailed them back to try and figure out what was going on and never received an email back. The customer service is very poor and so is the product. I highly recommend not buying from this company!

I've ordered shirt more then month ago and they didn't send it yet. They don't respond the call, form, email. The live chat doesn't work at all. Terrible service, I suggest to evoid VeryVoga.

Yes it takes a while for delivery but it does say that on their site. I have to say I ordered a wooden long skirt and long coat and a top and I loved every price. The quality was excellent and the price was fantastic a real bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to get again 💞

AVOID! They pretend to be a UK site, but they're just another cheap chinese site selling Aliexpress crap and you'll be fleeced! I ordered christmas pyjamas, paid extra for priority shipping. They arrived almost 3 weeks late as it was shipped from China, and it arrived long after christmas. I got in contact with customer support and asked them should I refuse the delivery. The told me to accept the delivery and return it separately, and that they would refund me for the shipping costs of returning it. I did this, and then customer support told me that I had to pay for the cost of returning it myself! After much arguing they finally agreed to give me a voucher for the value of the return shipping cost.

I sent them a copy of my shipping receipt, but they're claiming almost a month later that they haven't received it / they've lost it and are refusing to refund me. I'm now out of pocket almost €70. Absolute thieves! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The dresses were delivered in order, they fit the picture and fit perfectly. Communication with the store was no problem.
I definitely recommend the store!

Avoid this company if you don't want to be disappointed. I've ordered 2 items since january and they told me they'll deliver them in the middle of March(2months later!!!!!) The most ridiculous is they contact me one month later to inform that I couldn't receive the first item because is not available. I think this company is not serious, and they don't care about their customers.

I have never got my dresses noir my money! This company is lame firm. Stay away from these jerks! They are sooooo jerks!!!
