Avoid this company, extremely dodgy! My mum bought me a top linked through from a Facebook advert. Took 3 weeks to arrive, was terrible quality, cheap and tatty looking. We asked for a refund and they had a very convoluted process, which required paying our own postage to return. 2 weeks later, no refund; they claim package not received; sent proof of delivery, they agree to refund. Another 3 weeks later, still no refund. Chase them up again, apparently they've "just" received the item (despite proof of delivery weeks ago). Ridiculous and a total scam.

Ordered an item back in 12 December and opted for express shipping (additional £8) and up till today, after more than a month, still have not receive my item.
Have been contacting the customer service team since late December and they only replied me now saying that my parcel has been destroyed. what's worse is that they will not be refunding me the full amount.
TERRIBLE COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible company do not use!
Ordered a dress in a size XXL and they sent me a size small 2 weeks late.
Did not respond to messages when I asked to arrange a return/refund so I had to escalate to PayPal.
Customer service is terrible and it seems they’ll do anything they can not to refund. AVOID!

Terrible experience, paid for express delivery and was over a week late.
Then they sent the wrong order, I sent pictures and they said I had to pay to send back the wrong order!.
It has been going on for over a month now, and they have taken 2 weeks to talk to their own department why it has gone wrong.
My advice STAY AWAY from Very Voga

Not the online experience you want. The positive reviews are fake. The clothes were ruined after one wash. They wouldn't replace.

I have NEVER experienced worse service from any company. VERYVOGA are not interested in making customers happy, they just STEAL your money! I was not satisfied with the very poor quality of clothes and wanted to return it. but return them back is almost impossible because you should pay more than 35 euro to retune. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM VERYVOGA! They stole 187 euro from me.

I bought online from Central African Republic and I received my order within a week.

Dreadful company. Clothes arrived really late. One jumper had a pull making it unwearable and none of the clothes looked like pictures on website. Refund would mean me paying for postage and although the website is a co.uk address they are not a British Company. Awful, avoid using this company at all costs. Looking at all the negative views online it is time somebody closed this company down.

This company has £134 of my money and have not delivered after 7 weeks. I have sent them msgs of enquiry and complaint. I even opened a dispute via PayPal (PayPal found in their favour because they replied politely asking me if I still wanted my order). They tell me I can now only contact them through PayPal. As PayPal have closed the dispute this can’t happen. I now discover on checking the progress of my order on the ‘order progress’ page on their website that my order has been reversed/cancelled (not by me as I am still awaiting delivery) but there is still no sign of the return of my money. I am far from well off and I am finding all this very distressing. It’s just so surreal it’s untrue. Bad unacceptable experience is not adequate to describe it. A rip off company. Stay away and don’t be tempted by the pretty photos of the latest fashions. They are all worn by mannequins anyway and not real people as it first appears. They trade from China but this is not immediately obvious. If I had known before placing my order I would not have done so. This could excuse the delays in delivery but not running into 7 weeks. What is even more frustrating are the robotic polite emails with no apology or offer to cancel and refund. Bad, bad, bad.

Update:after hundreds of emails back and forward they asked me to return the order(on my own cost) and they will refund me.I have,and now,even on the tracking it sais it was delivered and signed for ,they do not accept they received it.DO PLEASE BE AWARE...THIS IS A SCAMMER. DO NOT EVER TRUST AND BUY FROM THEM.

Update 1/9/16: It's now been 1 month since I placed my order and I STILL have not received my package! They are very good at communication and respond within hours. Unfortunately, I had to escalate to PayPal resolution center. They promised a refund if I didn't receive my order by Jan. 18. What a pain in the neck!

I ordered family Christmas pajamas on Dec. 9 for Christmas delivery. It said they shipped on Dec. 16 but that's the last I heard! The tracking link on the email doesn't work at all. I'm going to refuse shipment : (

Products never arrived and shipping code is a fake.

Today my order been delivered by GLS. That is all from good news. Winter jacket with fury coat fake of cpurse looks like a szit. Its a sweater for spring not winter parka. When is saw it i was shocked. I am not going to send it back cause it is not worthy. Pictures on website are from diffrwnt websites. Its simply cheating. My fury is like a very old cat hair. It is not even chinese what neans very poor quality anyway acceptable. It is SHITTTTT-NESE. Best regards for all cheated by VeryVoga.
