I recently had an issue with Verizon my carrier. I have a S24 Ultra Samsung that had a defect and needed to be replaced. The entire process was handled horrifically! Verizon had made the entire process absolutely horrible! The agents for customer service are very polite but the service is horrible! If you have to call customer service beware they are incompetent!
This appears to be a spook email server, not to be confused with verizon.net, used to send out emails which amount to nothing more than phishing / blackmail requests for money (in bit bitcoins). If you have done nothing wrong then it is a sad attempt at extortion.
