Super quick delivery (Based in Ireland) this is my second time ordering from vesper and will not be my last. It's my go to for dresses, slightly on the small side in terms of fitting but great quality and really gorgeous on.

Bad quality
Purchased 3 dresses from this website and this was the worst quality, the slit was torn and loads of loose threads, had to get it resown before I wore it… definitely not worth the price, won’t be buying again.

Vesper will be my go to for fancy/formal dresses
Vesper has a great range of dresses available on the website. The measurement guide is accurate and helped me to find a dress that fits perfectly and looks great! The shipping was fast too. I’ve not had to contact Vesper directly for anything. I’m impressed with the range of items and quality too.

Went into Liquidation, no refunds given & now registered under new company name t/a Vesper still - Disgraceful!!
Terrible quality clothes & sizes way out, needed to return a few items and the website showed this was possible. I sent off my returns and never received my refund despite Vesper confirming they had received my parcel & the refund was being processed. I raised this with Vesper after two weeks, as advised, who emailed back to inform me no refund would be issued as they’d liquidated the company and that I needed to raise a chargeback with my bank. Vesper then tried to dispute the chargeback which made the process even more painful but eventually I got my money back.
They’ve now registered under Luxe Element Limited and have continued to trade as Vesper, disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Update - in response to the Vespers reply, its definitely you/the same company and due to GDPR and you liquidating the original company I wouldn’t imagine you have access to your old systems/files, otherwise you would certainly have an order for two blue jumpsuits.
