I ordered 3 dresses for new year with a view to keeping 1 and returning the others. I requested a return on the 31st Dec. I’ve since had no further correspondence or communication from the company and would like my refund to be processed. Their returns system is extremely old fashioned for 2025! The fact we have to wait for a returns slip is farcical. I would refrain from ordering from vesper as my experience has been worrying to say the least!

I regret to say that my experience with Vesper has been highly disappointing and stressful. I returned a faulty item (the Gatsby Sequin Midaxi Dress) on November 25, 2023, and provided all necessary documentation, including tracking information that confirmed the return was delivered on November 29, 2023. However, despite repeated follow-ups over the span of more than two months, I have yet to receive a refund.
The communication from Vesper has been generic and unhelpful, often consisting of templated apologies and reassurances without any concrete action or specific timeframes. I understand delays during busy periods, but the prolonged inaction, coupled with the absence of a resolution, has eroded my trust in the brand.
I fulfilled all requirements of the returns policy, including providing evidence that the item was faulty, yet I still faced resistance and delays in receiving a refund. Despite escalating the issue multiple times, the process remained stagnant.
Ultimately, I had to threaten a fraud claim due to the lack of transparency and resolution, to which I received no correspondence from them (my last email from them was on 5.2.24). While this might not meet the legal definition of fraud—since fraud typically involves intentional deception for financial gain—it certainly constitutes poor business practices and may be grounds for legal action under consumer protection laws. Thankfully the bank refunded me but this experience has caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
I cannot recommend Vesper due to their poor handling of returns and refunds, lack of clear communication, and failure to address customer concerns promptly.
I later read that others had similar experiences to me and the Vesper team has been responding that there is no order number traced to the account - I believe this is a lie. Vesper customer service in trust polite has stated that this is from a different online retailer as they have changed their domain from vesper247. The disappointing thing is back in 2022 I ordered from them and I had a completely fine experience with this online retailer through ASOS. Ultimately, DO NOT purchase with them unless you are sure you will NEVER want to return even if the item does not meet your expectations. You have been warned!

I have a over £200 order I have been trying to return for past two weeks
I’ve contacted the company on all online portals and via the help email several times but no response
I can’t return my order with no order number I was only sent a receipt number and there’s no paperwork in my parcel so I can’t process the return online
My receipt number is 1781-3809
I then found my order number on a screenshot I took on my day of purchase it is: AB35BA9582
And it says this order does not exist
I had a similar experience one year ago where I returned items and didn’t recieve my refund for over one month, I had to send back to back messages and threaten with taking further action before I got my refund
And I currently see no hope in hearing back from this company or being able to return the dresses and getting my refund and will need to take further action most likely

The quality of the clothing did by NO MEANS match the price tag. I was incredibly disappointed with my order and how difficult it was to try and return it. Will never be shopping here again and will be warning my friends about this shop. Awful!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
There have been so many issues related to this company as they went into liquidation and did not refund any customers. It is shocking they have continued trade. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The only way I got my money back was through going through Amex and they got me a charge back (Vesper247 told me they would only refund me if I cancelled this claim which would have voided my redress with Amex). SCAM SCAM SCAM.

do not order from Vesper and please read these reviews before spending. should not be allowed to trade. If you order, you cannot return items and the company does not get back to you. They changed their returns portal and website a few times to try and evade this. Get money back through credit card if you can use chargeback service. Hopefully this company eventually stops trading as it should not be legal.

Very very disgusting company. I ordered a few hundred pounds worth of dresses last December. I returned quite a few of them as I ordered loads to pick the best one. I waited months and months for the refund, to be told that they were busy at first and it would get processed. I was then emailed saying that they had gone into liquidation and I would not receive my refund of over £200. I find it disgusting that they are still trading now and have ripped of god knows how many people in the process! How is this even allowed??? I’m a lot of money down and the stresses were returned. This is not a good way to run a business. I presume the liquidation was a complete lie as they are still trading!! Disgusting company.
