This is my second review on here and still no nearer to receiving my refund. Over £200 worth of dresses returned at the start of November and refund still not received. They reply to everyone’s reviews on here asking for more information but nothing happens. I have been chasing this since December and have numerous emails which all state the same ‘we’re working on it statement

Absolutely awful! I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from here. Worst mistake ever. One didn’t turn and I still haven’t had the refund. One I returned and still haven’t received refund. They don’t reply to emails. Reporting to trading standards

Still haven’t received my refund, I’ve emailed multiple times, including my proof of postage attached. My two orders haven’t been refunded and they were placed in December. One returned in December and the other the first week in January. One of the dresses came faulty and was ripped when I took it out the packaging.
I have still not been refunded and only had one email back in regard to my refund which they apologised for the delay, however offered me no time frame or compensation. This is outrageous customer service. My emails have been ignored which have been asking simple questions such as updates or a time frame.
Really poor experience with this company. I’m disappointed and will not be ordering again from them. There has been a complete breakdown in honouring returns and issuing refunds.

I sent 2 separate return items on the 25th November and 2nd December 2023.
I’ve returned 4 dresses in total which amount to £218.15.
This is the second time I’m posting on here as I’ve STILL not received my refund and get automated emails constantly!!
Everyone needs to stay away from this disgraceful company that doesn’t give you a refund and steals your money!!

NO sign of my order then they admitted this was lost and told me they would refund me that same day. However 9 days later and STILL no refund.
I've emailed many times and keep receiving some robotic response telling me they are working on this!
It takes 2 minutes to send a refund to someone so you are NOT working on this at all.
Makes me wonder if they actually sent the order in the first place...

I have ordered 3 dresses for size choice and returned 2 of them.... Over 2 months ago and still no refund. I have contacted customer services who said they would look into it and give them 72 hours to investigate... Still no response 18 days later. I have chased but no reply. Not worth the hassle for a dress.

Zero star would be more appropriate. This company should be shut down. They are stealling money from people. Refusing to refund and when you contact them, they will keep repeating "sorry for your understanding". Completely not listening to customers and just using and abusing their power. Stay away guys!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Purchased over 100 pound in October and still waiting for a refund. Assured it will come but 4 months later, still waiting. Trading standards will be involved. This company is a joke.
Waiting two months for refund
I have had Vesper items from Next previously and really like their dresses, however I would not order direct from them again.
Returned an item on the 6th December and still no refund. Emailed on the 21st January and received a response saying this would be expedited. Emailed again on 4th February and no response this time!
Have now raised a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back!

zero stars would be more appropriate I have not received the item I ordered and for 2 months have been asking for my money to be refunded, despite repeated e- mails I have not been contacted,getting automated responses only. Appears to me that this is a scam shopping site.Do not order from them.

Returned an order in November/December. Emailed when refund had not happened within a few weeks. Auto-generated email about high volume of returns. Left it for a few more weeks and still nothing so emailed again. Similarly, auto-generated replies of false promises. Still have not got back to me. Tracking of return does not work. Will be reporting to trading standards and would advise others to do so. This appears to be a new thing as previously I have had no issues but will no longer shop with them.
Edit: I imagine if this is ever replied to by Vesper I will receive the automated response saying to meet their request for more information despite all of it being provided.

Refund not processed lost £140
I purchased a number of dresses to try on for a party and returned four promptly. After returning the dresses I’ve received no email to say Vesper have received my return (tracking shows they were delivered back) and just receive automated responses, apologising for the delay on refunds. SHOCKING SEVICE, do not ignore the reviews. I’ve lost £140 to this shambles of a business.
