This Company is beyond a joke. Stay clear from ordering anything of this money snatching company. I had ordered two dresses both totalling to over 100 pounds back in October which didn’t fit so I sent them back the next day. I have yet to receive my refund and I have emailed them multiple times with the same robot response I have also tried to live chat with them on their website but it’s the same genetic response every time.
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING - STOLEN MONEY
As per all other reviews - no refund received. Over £200 stolen from me despite receiving confirmation that the items were returned on the 27th December. After several attempts to contact Vesper I have now reported this to authorities, patience has gone with this company. Phone number on contact forms is not recognised.
Stay Clear of Vesper - Never Buy Direct!
Returned a dress at the beginning of December. Dress was okay but didn't suit me. Returned the dress within the week. 3 months on, I haven't been refunded. I have had two responses saying they will look into this but had no update and they have blanked 4 emails i have sent since mid Jan. Such a shame as nice quality dresses and fit really nicely.
If you are to buy from Vesper, only order through ASOS for reliable returns.
Never buying from them directly again. Not worth the hassle. No phone line to speak to.

Really wish I'd checked here before ordering. Currently 6 weeks from my return was received by Vesper and they keep fobbing me off. Not sure when I will receive my refund IF EVER. Really annoying that I just keep getting the same automated response!
UPDATE the company has now gone into liquidation so Im having to get my refund via a claim through my bank. Yet you can still order on their website. Total joke

I'm still waiting for a refund on two items I bought three months ago. The two items, totalling £168, were purchased on November 11, 2023, and returned on November 20, 2023. Since then, I've contacted Vesper247 three times but have been told they're still processing refunds due to high demand. Please be wary of this website—there are many complaints about not receiving refunds. I'd encourage other failed customers to contact trading standards because refunds that take this long are either a scam or the company has insufficient funds.

Not been refunded for a dress I bought in early December. I emailed about this in January and was told to wait. This is far too long to wait for a refund and extremely poor. It is a shame because they have lovely dresses but won’t be purchasing again.

Horrendous customer service.

Do not order from here. I ordered and returned £171 worth of dresses in NOVEMBER and still have no refund. Every email I am promised they are looking into it but still nothing and now they aren’t replying at all. After investigating, it looks like many are in the same boat. They cannot get away with keeping people’s money! Shocking
Refund troubles
Please be hundred percent sure before you order from this site!!
I returned an order on early December. I received an email reassuring me that within 30 days I will receive my refund. The 30days past with no update and with no refund. I send an email to ask for an update an all I got was an automatic answer stating that they weren't working during the New Years and they are a little bit behind. That was understandable, so I waited. The days went by and still no refund on the way. I resend an email for an update at the end of January, and again I received the same automatic answer which was stating exactly the same.
I sent an email again on the 6th of February reaching the two months of me waiting the refund. This time I received a proper answer which was apologetic but not able to provide a specific timescale for this to be resolved.
Today I went on the refund portal site an the site wasn't up or working anymore. That was the worst thing. I immediately thought that I might have been scammed. I sent them an email today.
Even if that's not a scam, it really doesn't worth the trouble for their dresses.
Their refund process is really bad! I will not buy from them again, as it doesn't with the stress in case I want to return something.
That's really bad for them, if they had solve the refund malfunction that is going on their total clientele would have been very satisfied with them

I ordered two dress the first week of October 2024 and sent the two dresses back within a few days after receiving them. I gave Vesper 28 days to refund my money and still had no return. It states on their website that it can take up to 28 days. I have sent 12 emails requesting that the customer care team sort this out and refund my money. I looked into this and I noticed on the reviews that other customers have had the same issue, I also noticed that Vesper was telling people to follow the instructions to send the proof of receipt and postage. I have sent this several times!!! This was to save any delays on my refund.The emails I’ve receive back are all generic and are all the same. I think as a company and a customer care team it is discussing that they can do this to their customers. People don’t have money to wait around for the refund for months on end . I’m sure like myself other customers expect their refund back in a timely manner what Vesper state on there site. This can lead to people getting into financial difficulties and causing stress to their day today life. I have now been awaiting almost five months for my refund. All I want is my money back, no doubt there response will be ; please follow the instructions or the issue has be resolved!!!!

This company does not refund you!
Nice dresses but if you need to return they rob your money. They have received my returns back in November and I have sent numerous emails which they respond with an automated response saying “sorry for the inconvenience we are dealing with your refunds thank you for your understanding” and that’s it. They had proof I sent all of my items back. In the end I did a charge back through my bank and they refunded me straight away when I sent the proof of returns and the email threads.
Terrible service and they have the audacity to charge you £1.50 to process returns.
Worst customer experience of my life
I can’t stress enough that you shouldn’t order from this company unless you’re happy to lose your money. I have now been waiting for a refund for 3 months. Every time I have enquired they send me the same automated message asking for my returns number, then tell me returns are taking longer than usual. By the looks of these reviews, the returns are currently non existent. I’m genuinely curious to know whether anyone has EVER received a refund.
They have done a huge amount of brand damage by firstly allowing this situation to happen and secondly not properly addressing it with and supporting their customers. They have had to turn off comments on Instagram presumably because there are so many angry and distressed people wondering when they will ever receive their money.

Have sent multiple emails and get the same story…. “So sorry for the frustration you must be feeling we are dealing with your refund blah blah blah” This is disgusting and actually a form of stealing! I will never order from your site again. How convenient that commenting is turned off on your social media pages!!
