Fantastic service obtaining and cutting a key for an unusual lock.

Phoned late morning to get a quote for a new mortice lock. It was supplied and fitted by 2pm the same day!
Not exactly cheap, but nothing is these days......

From the first phone call, made to a very friendly and helpful lady receptionist (Lisa), right through to a very competent and reliable locksmith (Julian) who called and fixed my window and door handles, I received first class service. It is good to know such a service orientated locksmiths are only a phone call away 24/7-and for emergencies as well.

Veteran Locksmiths stock new replacement handle repair kits for old patio sliding doors and conservatory double doors. Walked in and they matched my broken part exactly, no back order, in stock on the shelf for 20 year old doors amazing in a world where you cant buy locally these days.

I called Veteran Locksmiths when I had problems opening my patio doors. They were able to come round in a few days and I was given a time. I was sent a text to say Julian was on his way and he arrived at the time promised. I was impressed when he immediately took his shoes off on arrival. He quickly identified the problem and explained what was required. He replaced the gearbox and cartridge. He was both friendly and a quick and thorough workman. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them in the future.
