Very helpful and informative

Staci answered all of my questions and made the enrollment easy, straightforward and very simple.

From the beginning Dana showed me a wealth of respect. He didn't talk to me like I was stupid and how come I didn't take care of this and that. He told me excatly what I qualified for and was pretty muc h SPOT ON. This team will go way out of the way to make sure No one gets left empty handed they will help you get all your intitled to.

Staci, explained what Medicare was and what it included and offered. At first I wasn't sure if I needed it, but after explaining that I could be penalized later for not enrolling in part b, I decided to enroll in it. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. I would consider her a great asset to your company! If it were up to me, I'd give her a bonus!

They had all the answers to all my questions and they are very polite

Colby was able to answer all questions had and my wife's questions also. He was very kind had a good attitude and was very respectful towards my wife and I. I give Colby a 10 out of 10 very good thanks Colby for your help and understanding.

Like many other things that you mostly ignore, We Speak Veterans came up on my Instagram feed. I bypassed it several times but then I thought, being retired military and going on Medicare soon, maybe I should check this out. Well I am glad I did! They helped me to understand benefits I did not even know about and would have taken MUCH longer to make sense of on my own.
