**Subject: Recognition of Outstanding Service by Staci Fike**

Dear Supervisor,

I am writing to recognize and commend Staci Fike for the exceptional service she provided while assisting me with my Medicare enrollment.

As a veteran, I have worked with many organizations over the years, and I can confidently say that Stacie demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine concern for my well being throughout the entire process.

Medicare enrollment can be confusing, especially when trying to understand the various options and requirements. Stacie took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and ensured I understood each step before moving forward. Because of her guidance, the enrollment process was smooth, efficient, and free of unnecessary stress.

What impressed me most was not only her expertise but also her compassion and commitment to serving veterans. She treated me with dignity and respect, listened carefully to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. It was evident that she sincerely cared about helping me make the best decisions regarding my Medicare coverage.

He was very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all of my immediate questions and concerns of my unique needs.

Staci was very clear and also personable. She was able to answer any questions I had reguarding Medicare and based on my needs, help me choose the right supplement for me.

My Agent Staci Fike explained everything clearly. Enrolling in Medicare can be very confusing however Staci made everything very clear and was able to answer all of my questions very clearly. I would recommend anyone to use this service.

The agency, in particular Dana Fike was very helpful in assisting me with my transition from TRICARE to Medicare with TRICARE for life.

Professional all the way. I had to reschedule, that was no issue. We had a nice talk, and I didn’t buy anything. After reviewing my situation, they said sorry we only have one option for you and it’s not good, so stay on the path to medicare and TFL. I know too many in sales that put the sale above everything. They chose to do what was best for me. Well done!

Colby Amerine was very helpful and I will be saving money on my Part B through the Part C coverage. He was knowledgeable and kind.

I spoke with Chris about being a Veteran with Tricare for Life. And been seen at the VA. He explained, how the Tricare for Life works. It doesn't work, without the Medicare. Tricare stops, taking payments (65) and you will keep your Tricare for life. If you say NO to Medicare, then No Tricare for Life. Their organization helps individuals and Veterans pick the right plan for you. They specialize with knowing how the Veterans benefits work. I feel grateful, that another veteran shared this organization team to me. Cause I was so confused. Why are we paying this high premium? After speaking to Chris. He listened to my needs. help me choose the best plan for me. And I save a lot of premium. Check them out. It's worth the information.

This program was so beneficial. The Medicare progress can be confusing, even more so for veterans. I am so glad I listened to the Webinar and signed up to speak with a representative. Today I spoke with Jeff, he was knowledgeable and provided me the guidance and information needed to make the best selection. Veterans take advantage of this program. You won't be sorry.

Jeff is very professional and he was invaluable in helping navigate the endless web of BS that you have to navigate to get enrolled. A rep that speaks to and understands the needs of veterans is indispensable. There is no charge and they know their stuff! Highly recommended!

Colby was very easy to speak with. He made me feel at ease, and explained the benefits very clearly. The appointment was brief and very informative.

I really was lost in trying to figure out how the Medicare system worked… I recently turned 65 and now retiring. Giving up my federal job after 40 years (5 of which were Active Duty)… so when I saw Veteran Medicare Guy in an online ad, I knew that’s where I would go for help!
