Very quick response to order and dispatched the next day
Sadly the product is not fit for purpose for my pony and resulted in him getting a sore mouth as the bit bar was too big and the medication port rubbed the side of his mouth

I will not order from this company again, having spent over £100. The delivery service is sooo slow. My dog was suffering so much I had to go back to my local vets and pay the extra to buy prescription meds to relieve their symptoms. I placed the order on Fri 10th July and still waiting for delivery.
