Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website. Had some issues uploading a prescription so emailed instead. Otherwise a very easy transaction. Good communication regarding delivery, received a well-packaged temperature controlled parcel. I use this service regularly.

The Implant came quick with a Freezer…
The Implant came quick with a Freezer block. It came when it said it would.
Didnt know this, but when you give chickens the implant, their crown shrinks, mine had a floppy big one, then shrank to a small sticky up crown.
Shes had it for just over 3 months now, eats less, and not intrested in bugs anymore,
The hormone implant works.
Id use them again if need too for sure.
The only criminal thing is its a shame the vets charge more than the medicine.
I know I wanted the implant, but to get it you need to see a vet to get the prescription.

Still waiting for prescription. Very upsetting when you have a cat who is poorly that I have to wait two weeks plus.

It took 7 days for my horses medication…
It took 7 days for my horses medication to arrive.
The local post office received the package on the Tuesday and didn’t deliver it until the Friday. I was tracking g it the whole time.
Maybe it is time to choose a different carrier. Very stressful to know that the post office had the package and I did not. Everyday they said it was out for delivery but then it would not arrive.
