If I could give 0 stars I would! Very disappointed in this company. I ordered hearing aid and batteries on 07/18/20 and have not received anything. I received an e-mail right away stating I should add the 3 YEAR WARRANTY. I'm glad I did not because that would have been a big waste of time and money. I have sent 2 e-mails in the last 2 weeks (today is 08/24/20) politely asking for a status on the order and have yet to receive a response. This company is a scam artist. Their website must be full of lies and full of make believe customer reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!

A total scam. The only reason I gave them a one is there's nothing lower.

This company is a scam filed a complaint with the bbb they never got a response do not send them any money you will never get it back. As for a rating even vile evil trolls save your money do they have negative stars negative zillion

Ordered 2 hearing aids 7/20/20. First red flag. They charged my account immediately and then asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty package. It is now 8/23/20 and no hearing aids. Emails are never returned. Their listed phone number has a mailbox that's always full. The reviews posted on their website are bogus. Also the reviews on Amazon are bogus.

Ordered product on 6-14-2020. It's now 8-20-2020. NO PRODUCT YET. Recieved an email : They are sorry and they apologize and saying it's on the YaRight!
They did get one thing right they Are sorry!! Hopefully KARMA can help them out , Oh Ya that works out both ways. Wait for it!!!

I wish I would have known About this site before I ordered!!! I ordered for my mother and she can’t use them. Took forever to come in after numerous emails, I’ve just tried today to check on a refund but from the looks of all the reviews I’m screwed!! Won’t be the first time this year China has screwed me over!!!! Has anyone thought about contacting a class action lawyer? It looks like we would have a Case with all the people they have scammed!!!

Totally agree with the comments above, I got a h/aid from vevo for my wife, took over a month to arrive then decided to order batteries for it paid extra for delivery of the batteries, well they are yet to arrive, emailed them to let them know they never arrived, emailed me back to say they are looking into it and will get back to me well as of today it's been 6 days so well done vevo your costumer service is rubbish so I tell anyone who reads this article RUN do not use this company

Absolute scam. Lots of emails from them when ordering etc. But when I tried to return for a refund they no longer return my emails. The hearing aids are awful. Uncomfortable, distorted sound, not at all invisible especially with the little "handle" sticking out of your ear!!
Cheap and nasty......made in China but you think you are dealing with an American company.

Don't waste your time. The hearing aids amplify ALL sounds so that background noise is as loud as the voices your prefer to hear. This does not solve the problem. Bigger yet, they do not honor their refund policy that they make such a big deal about on their web site & marketing. They lie, their Cust Srvc promised a refund numerous times without following through. Better look for devices that amplify voice and suppress background noise/sounds.

I bought 2 hearing aids with additional warranty, batteries and canal tips. They stopped working and the battery doors fell off within 30 days. Now they wont return calls or emails and now when I call the message says mailbox full cannot take message. I filed a complaint with BBB and they cant get a response either. Run Away Dont Buy From VEVO!!

Run, don't walk away from this company. They take your funds promptly at time of order & DO NOT DELIVER! It's been a month since the order was placed and the link they sent to track it shows it has not shipped at all.

Won't work after 1 week, emailed customer service twice with no response. Avoid like the plague

Ordered aids over 40 days ago, then received emails trying to,sell me a years worth of batteries and a warrenty before they had even arrived.They still,have not arrived l paid £105 for a pair only to see identical aids on Wish com for less than 12 pounds!
I reckon they have put up a web page and then branded cheap aids from China as their own then sell for 10 times the price.I wrote, eventually they got back promising to sort out my missing order,they never did.l have asked for a refund as l have no faith in their honesty A void at all costs!!

Now 2 months since ordering aids, will take action theough my bank to reclaim costs

Don't waste your money! Their hearing aids won't stop giving high pitched piercing sound. Battery life was less than 1week. Customer service sucks. They say there is a 100% money back guarantee, but in the end they don't honor it. If I could give 0 stars I would have. PLEASE... SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION... DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I ordered hearing aids in June, only because I was assured that they were fully refundable. However, like other customers, they were not suitable so I emailed them and was assured I would be refunded and to pass the hearing aids to someone who might find them useful. That was the last I have heard from Vevo. I email every week to try and get some response, but to no avail. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
I am unhappy to have given one star as they do not deserve that.

Aids were no good for me, i contacted them.about 90 day money back gaurantee, they said not a problem, that was 21 days ago, still not received anything, ive emailed twice but no response

Have requested credit card company to dispute.

Terrible company. Paid for my hearing aid which arrived with no battery or any instructions as to which batteries to use. They requested photos which I sent. Since then nothing and no means of contacting them as the previous means of communication is blocked. They guarantee a refund. How can we get one? The company who did after sales is called Privilege.
