Stay away from company! Ordered hearing aids in April. Recieved in July! I requested instructions to send back and my money refunded but never got any reply back after emailing them over 10 times and the phone number they have on website has a recording that voicemail is full. I wonder what all the voicemails are concerning!!! SAME AS MINE!

ordered hearing aids and warranty. Never receive either. requested refund since I never received the hearing aids. all response from Vevo stopped. stay clear of this company, they are dishonest beyond compare. I will take this to any authority I can think of.

Piece of crap and their customer service is worse. I tried to cancel 3 days before they shipped but did not get a response until the day after they shipped. I was told that they would gladly refund upon return. It took 27 days after ship to get them. I have tried 4 times in 10 days to get instructions to return with no response. I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Don't waste your money, hearing aids didn't work for me (kept falling out) contacted vevo to return & they said keep them and we will refund you..... a month ago

This company is a disgrace to China and Chinese authorities should deal to them .
Maybe all the ripped off customers should email the respective chinese embassy who might??? do something ????.

Don’t use VEVO they are a complete waste of time. Purchased hearing aids from them but one was faulty and they will not refund or replace the item even though they offer in their advertisement a full refund. Have tried to contact them but they don’t respond.

A big con no hearing aids and no money back and no contact don't trust them

No idea whether they are any good as I never received them, like many other reviewers they have never replied to emails. I only have hearing loss in one ear so I only needed one, which means that I can't get my money back under section 75, what a fool I am

Worst customer service ever! Received the product but parts are so small not at all user friendly. Started the process for a return and other than an automated response... CRICKETS😡. I would never recommend this company!

This is a scam,I ordered,never got them. No answer on phone or text,,I told my bank,they are working on it,please do not order.

Scam from day one,. They even had the cheek to ask for compliments on how they handled my request for a refund, which was over a month ago.
Not hearing aids, just amplifiers.

Ordered hearing aids and I never received them, or received a response from several emails I sent. They were quick to take my money and the company sent me multiple emails to add a warranty and a years worth of batteries, then emails stopped. Phoned # on their website and a message explains the mail box is full goodbye. I reckon I’m not alone, but the BB should be made aware.

Vevo is a scam. And the hearing aids are a joke. Stupid ME

These hearing aids are biggest waste of money. Mine worked for about a week then they started making a clicking sound. Tried everything to adjust them. Reached out to the company with no response. DON'T BUY THESE.

I received the hearing aids which I did like. I then sent for batteries, they took the money but I'm still waiting for the batteries. I have contacted numerous times, but no reply, batteries or money

Ordered just the hearing Aids and first started to wonder when a day later got email saying "With the recent outbreak of COVID-19, I know how difficult it can be to make it to the store - so I wanted to remind you that we're offering a year's supply of batteries for your hearing aid. Would you like to add a pack to your order before we ship it out?"... and then after 6 days of not receiving a tracking No., I emailed and got this reply: "Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days so your order is expected to go out shortly :) We'll send you over a tracking link as soon as it dispatches.If there's anything else that I can do in the meantime, please let me know - always happy to help!" After 23 days of nothing, I re-emailed them but they no longer respond to my emails. I have now opened a dispute with Visa to get my money back... especially after finding this site and seeing how many others are having the same problem. Checking on Aliexpress, it appears they are buying cheap models off their site and selling them at an inflated price!!!

I wish I knew the existence of this site. I would have read all the reviews for this ghost company of crooks. I've been waiting for my order since April 10!!!!!! I sent them more than 15 e-mails, some of them in a very offensive tone. They don't care at all. The ironic thing is that I have only received the battery pack, which was ordered later. I don't hope they ever hand it over to me. So, please, don't fall into their trap!

Never received product their phone is answered by a voice mail box that's filled and no response to 6 emails. Don't buy from this company.

With respect I would advise against using or believing what this company offer - I have been waiting for my refund for over one month - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - Two main reasons, these are not hearing aids, but simply an amplifier and secondly they do not refund if you are not happy. A web search revealed pages of complaints - Be warned DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VEVO
