Me too! Got Suckered Big Time / Order # 66858
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from Vevo Hearing. Have sent them six emails and called many times, but support never gets back to me. I’m gonna give it a shot and try to get my money back. If I get no refund I’m definitely going to the Better Business Bureau and to my VISA company to start the dispute process and taking these people to court.

I ordered a hearing aid on 27th June and gave hug ad nothing but stupid meaningless emails since then. They are definitely a scam and should be called Robin Hood as all they do is rob you

Complete waste of time and money! Received hearing aid batteries and no hearing aids after a month. I've been trying to get my refund, now for about 2 weeks, and still no answer.

SCAM! Never seen a company receive ALL one star reviews. 70, 80 reviews and all claim it is a SCAM. They state money back guarantee but nothing of the sort. No money back no replay to 3 emails. STAY AWAY.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star but alas you cannot write a review unless you give them at least the one. I was looking forward to trying this product. It was no good for me and they have not honoured their love it or money back guarantee. I cannot even get a reply to all the emails I have sent. Don’t buy from this company. Speak to a hearing healthcare professional before you do

This is a scam company. Taking seniors money and no product to deliver. Was told they were in stock and ready to ship 3 weeks ago and they still have not been shipped. People like this that scams seniors or anyone else will have to answer to God for everyone they have scammed

Had to put 1star to get to be able to write this review, but they are not even worth that. Wish I had come on here before ordering them as wouldn’t have bothered.
They were unusable wined at all times once they were close to each other. Whatever I tried could not get them to stop. On emailing them to report this I got to admit they did reply within a few days, but what they told me to do didn’t work. I asked how to send them back and they told me under there if your not happy you get your money back guarantee I didn’t have to send them back. I have now waited over 3 months for my money back and all my emails get reply’s of my refund is in process. Thanks for my patience. Well I think my patience is warring thin now so have come on here to tell everyone do not buy them they are rubbish and I feel I’ve been scammed

They don't work. I contacted service and they were totally ignorant of the product. I asked for a refund and they went silent.

Still waiting for my refund from May told me that would refund my money in few business days send email after email and get the same message now July and still waiting

Had the vevo hearing aid for ten days and it stopped working. Called the company number multiple times and was put on hold then it would hang up. I sent 3 emails on where to send the aid and get my full refund. I have yet to receive any reply.
I also got an infection in my ear canal.
It is junk and a scam

Very disappointed with the product and the service. The hearing aids have virtually no instructions, and the instruction are like a third grade Chinese child wrote them and were translated by his illiterate brother. The hearing aids them selves were uncomfortable with all the different ear pieces and the volume control was very poor in very little adjustment it went from to quiet to too loud. And just try to get your money back!

I was excited to find some "hearing aids" for my fiancé who has issues with her hearing. In my desperation I did a google search to see about something I could do in the mean time till I can afford hearing aids for her which as you all know are pretty expensive.
To my misfortune I came across Vevo Hearing. I thought for a moment this was the solution to my problem. However, I am more frustrated than pleased with the lack of response, with the numerous emails and yet after $153.00 down the drain, no hearing aids have arrived. Not even a response to from the company, I called the customer support number and nothing! They sent me to voice mail. I left my information, and nothing. I can't even find their facebook page that was working a couple weeks ago. No response from the company, demanded a refund, nothing. Basically after all my efforts I am out the money with no recourse. I am more than pissed, I am furious.
After looking on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) several people have lodged complaints and I am adding mine to the list. Do not get screwed over by this scam artist of a company. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your hard earned money on crap. Just save your money and buy the real thing. Beware!

Vevo sucks! Ordered May 30th, still havent received and today is July 23rd! Asked for refund for days and no reaponse!
Rrviews are terrible not only for shipping but for poor quality!

This company is a rip off. I ordered a hearing aid in early June 2020. I still haven't received the merchandise nor did I receive a refund. I called customer service many times only to be left on hold, my emails go unanswered.

Ugh I saw these reviews too late. That is money I guess I won't see again. My experience is exactly how others are mentioning.
Has the BBB been notified or is that a waste since they are in China?

Me to got screwed by these lowlives, desputting the charge they my credit card company, i wouldn’t doubt if the sell your credit card info
