Took more than a week and we had to assemble it with very complex instructions with bad quality pictures.

I recieved a multibar soap cutter from VEVOR as a birthday present, if I had been asked to review this at that time I would have gave it 5* rating , until today , the strings were continuously going slack and some of the fell out of their anchor points , I have only cut about 6-7 loaves with it and would have inspected a longer life than a few weeks , I will be going back to hand cutting as this cutter is too much hassle use . I DEFINITELY WONT BE RECCOMENDING THIS CUTTER TO ANY ONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PURCHASE

Late last week, I purchased a kitchen sink from Vevor. They wrote back saying something about a logistics issue and promptly cancelled the order.
I wrote customer service, and they said to just resubmit the order. I log in, and low and behold, the price has gone up 15%. So I write back and ask them to honor the original sales price. They did not. They offered me a 2% discount coupon. In the time it took them to send said coupon, the price increased another 10%.
This was their response after I wrote them back, again:

For prices on other platforms, they are affected by platform rules, operating costs, promotion policies, etc. At the same time, different platforms provide different after-sales policies for merchants and different after-sales services for buyers. Therefore, price differences are inevitable. We usually provide customers with coupons.

I was using their website, not their Amazon online storefront or any other platform.
Screw these people with their bait and switch business practices.

Good stanchions, high quality only issue I had was the super sticky stickers that were on the base. Took 10 minutes to get them off with rubbing alcohol.
