Getting Rejected Insurance For No Reason.
I appreciate and understand that representatives especially those in the sales department are unable to give me an effective fix or a reason let alone a valid reason. But the issue with the company is there is NO CS line. Only reason its at a 2* and not a 1* is because of the honesty from the sales rep but I used this service over a week ago just for a short term purchase to see how it works and to get some personal lessons under my belt and it went through perfectly fine. With NO CHANGES to me whatsoever No crashes no change in address vehicle insurance or anything of the sort I've consistently been getting rejected for ANY period of insurance quotes. I'm trying to do 1h rejected Im trying to do 1m rejected 1d 1w All rejected with general policy reasons. When I asked the representatives I got a lot of nothing words, just general policy reasonings which all variables had no changes from when I was originally accepted and was told "Please note we are not able to change this decision or provide specific reasoning. " So no variables change on my end, and I get rejected with the inability to know why. Really wanted this service to work out but unfortunately not

I select 1 day but in the end was charged automatically to hours and I paid twice i bought another one later
