Vfast Internet offer broadband services including WiMAX (wireless fibre), Full Fibre (FTTP), Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) and much more. We also offer a Digital Voice (VoIP) service to our customers which can save costs on traditional BT landlines where applicable.

Vfast Internet partner with infrastructure providers like City Fibre and OFNL to provide Full Fibre (FTTP) in residential areas across the country. We are also rolling our own Full Fibre (FTTP) network across Kent which offer our residential customers up to a huge 1Gb download speed!

In 2022 Vfast Internet announced our guarantee of no in contract price rises for our customers. We have never increased prices for our customer in contract in over 10 years of operation but now we are pleased to offer this as an official guarantee. Our customers can now benefit from a guarantee that the price you pay when you sign up is the price you pay as long as you are in contract with us. No surprises, no increases just stability and a service provider you can rely on.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful, over the past 2 days, constant downtime, over 12 hours at one point, cannot get in contact with support lines and when you do, they tell you 'turn it on and off again' which WE HAVE BEEN DOING.

Switching ISPs shortly and recommending fully against this ISP, incompentency around every corner.

Quick Fix

My wifi went down, so i called them up. Amazing to discover they probably have a call centre in the UK. Very helpful people and they guy fixed my issue remotely. All done.

Had an issue at the caravan site for…

Had an issue at the caravan site for the Internet they sorted out the issue very fast and efficiently! The issue couldn't be resolved with 1 call however a temp gateway was created to sort the issue out and it was perfect rest of the week. Emails were sent quickly with passwords for the WiFi.

Constant crash outs which have been…

Constant crash outs which have been going on for months now. The consultant has tried to sort it but it’s now 4 months and no change. Everything takes so long and I know they’re only taking direction but as a company this is awful. I’ve got pages and pages of calls and solutions tried.

This means no TV and I need the internet as I work for a health charity from home which impacts my work and the people I support.

It’s easier to find the Bermuda Triangle to get a new modem it seems.
I’ve been paying £39 a month for 4 months and cannot guarantee the service and can sit here for hours without internet ( it was down again 1am to 7.30am today)

I will be taking court action to get this money back for a service we just haven’t received.

Such a shame

My tv keeps buffering

My tv keeps buffering
I phone and you fix it
But it is annoying when you are half way through a program and it buffers or the screen freezes

Guests had broken the Internet??? All needed to be reset, absolute superstar on the end of the phone at vfast talked me through the whole process (I needed lots of help!) and it was up and running again.

Issue has not been resolved
I explained that there is a severe lagging issue when either gaming or streaming live television

We had a chat about the whole of the internet being used when I have my kids which I understand, but the lagging and buffering is still present when I am home alone
