I purchased 7 days WiFi access in my holiday accommodation. Having paid by credit card, I didn't receive a voucher code, so couldn't sign in. I tried calling their customer support twice and gave up after 20 mins on phone.
I emailed them and received an acknowledgement email only.
Eventually the holiday park staff sorted it.
Really not impressed with customer support from vfast.
I don't even think the internet speed is thst good.

I ordered vfast internet in Feb 25 for our Caravan on Southbay Brixham.
Not heard anything since.
I have tried raising tickets on the website.
Tried calling and it disconnects.
Live chat is not available.
Not very professional at all.

Internet drops out constantly and after 6pm no one answers the phone so have to wait until the following day to get any services out back on

Everytime I buy a voucher for 31 days it stops working the next day. The. It takes half an hour for Vfast to answer the phone. Everytime the staff at Vfast don’t know how to fix it so it takes another half an hour on hold only for them to give you a new voucher code which then doesn’t work after another few days!!!! I just have wasted £100 in the past 3 months just buying more vouchers because I can’t afford to waste an hour a day

terrible connection, the speed drops down after 4 pm conveniently when the call center closes, nothing gets resolved only fixed temporarily untill next week. Connection drops out at least 2 times a month and doesn't comes back unless you phone them, I was being given half of the speed I was paying for untill I noticed and phoned them. I dont want a provider that I have to deal with socially every week to get my connection working, its a job at this point. online games dont work either, regardless of connection I get lag spikes all the time, I dont bother gaming online anymore. this is the only option I have on the caravan park too, so it's a bit dodgy, you get what you're given.
Edit: nice reply, that is exactly what I do each week when problems arise. Like I said, nothing gets fixed only temporarily untill connection drops out again, like right now for the last 20 mins, again like I said I have to phone to get it back on. absolute joke
