I know Broadband is Broadband, but the difference with VFast is they are such a helpful bunch of people, nothing is too much trouble and you speak to real people in the UK. Delighted with the internet and customer service

Must say after my comment a earlier today on Cowden facebook group (ref 1 out of 4 devices being a problematic laptop not playing ball on Vfast) Wayne O'shaughnessy from Vfast has been on the case "WITHOUT me contacting them direct" for must have been an hour with suggestions transferred to messenger so as to not make the post on facebook hard to read, Quite surprised with the response from Wayne as its a Saturday. Thanks Wayne.

The service is very unreliable, unfortunately v fast rely on the maintenance teams on the parks to address a lot of issues, that’s where it goes wrong, it often takes 4+ hrs for someone to go and flick a switch which is very annoying when you work from home.
I’m seriously considering sky link it’s more expensive but 💯 more reliable.
Our internet went down for approximately 4/5 days recently all v fast did was give you a £2 credit 😎 hardly customer support

Of course its a 5 star review, from the start of the call just 4 days ago Lizzie was brilliant so friendly and helpful.
I'm not really computer savvy, but that wasn't a problem all the accounts details were sorted over the phone love her.
And to top of it off Jamie the engineer called me to say my static home was been installed with broadband, just 4 days later wtf bearing in mind it was a 20 to 40 day wait.
Well done it puts other companies to shame.

Just had new internet installed by this company, absolutely fantastic service, engineer was brilliant Hayden went over and above to install everything , nothing was too much trouble explained everything , being in a caravan internet was awful before this , cannot recommend this firm enough excellent.

Poor service. They didn't turn up for the fitting appointment. They emailed me twenty minutes to five to say appointment cancelled due to another job taking longer. They told me to carry my phone all day but didn't bother to call me. I've now cancelled and gone elsewhere

Took ages getting through to speak. Received an email to say all was working and it wasn’t. Was told a technician would sort out the problem that evening and they didn’t. Not a great service at all.

Top notch service Wayne O’Shaughnessy was great in helping to get registered with VFast in our sited caravan in Diamond Farm in Brean. Also went above and beyond on his day off when I needed a bit of tech help in setting up. Make sure you contact him if you would like internet in your sited caravan as you also get a cheeky discount if you use him direct.
