VGW Holdings Limited deactivated hundreds of people who were participating in the sweepstakes promotions. I wrote for over a year with consistent drops for the letters i sent in and without warning and no proof that i was not following rules they deactivated me and owe me over $10,000 plus expenses for supplies. I plan on filing arbitration with this despicable company who can afford to pay.

I am very disappointed in how VGW handled pulling out of Canada. I was a user of Chumba Casino and Global Poker. I played multiple games spending my own money on both online casinos. I mailed in sweepstakes letters to get SC coins to play online. I have hundreds of letters I sent in and did not get paid for before the companies decision to leave Canada. They could have handled this situation way better and honored the amounts. I definitely do not trust VGW anymore.

Chumba and Global offered Sweeps Coins to their players. They are ceasing operations in Canada and have not a paid out Canadian members or have deactivated accounts with no support.
This goes against their own terms and conditions.
I’ve spent quite a bit of money and played fairly, they should honor their sweeps coins and their agreements.

VGW pulled out of Canada in the worst way possible. They promised to credit accounts for sweepstakes entries and encouraged players to submit right up to their cutoff date. People spent time and money following these rules—only to be told later that their entries wouldn’t be honored.
This wasn’t just disappointing—it was a clear violation of their own terms and conditions. They ignored their commitments and left loyal customers stranded. If you value fairness and honesty, I would steer clear. A one star rating is one star too many.

VGW (Global Poker & Chumba Casino) I am in Alberta Canada and have been on the VGW Casino sites submitting AMOE Letters and I did not have a complaint about this site until the stated that they were leaving Canada. I am not upset that they are leaving Canada, it’s business and they made a decision. However they have not paid out what was owed to me. I submitted AMOE Letters before they announced they were pulling out. Big business does what they want and do not follow their own Terms and Conditions.

The owner of this company is a fraud!!. In order to operate in Canada they had to offer an alternative method of entry, which was letter writing. Letter writters in canada have not reveived letters sent to them since the end of April. They sent an email on aug 22 about pulling out of canada and gave us until aug 28 to pull codes and write KNOWING we would be wasting our money because they had no intentions of paying up in sweeps coins. Today is our last day to play with no drops, but the owner is sure getting his tax break though while violating canadian gambling laws!!!!! Canadians will not stop until this is resolved, even if it means class action, were ready!!!! They pulled out of states and paid all of the writers in those states, so why is Canada not getting the same, they have violated their own terms and conditions with us!!!also, They will deactive your account for no reason and say that you use automation, according to them hundreds of people a month are using automation to write. Its a MAJOR loophole theyve found to not pay out!!!

BEWARE!!!! Both VGW casinos (Chumba and luckyland) have mail in sweepstakes with no limit to how many you can send in, however myself and 6 others that I know mailed in a significant amount, followed every direction to detail. However when it came time for our sweeps coins to drop we ALL received the SAME account deactivation email stating we used software or bots and they didn’t have to provide us with any more information. This company cheats you out of work done to avoid payouts while they still get the tax write off for the cards you send in. It’s devastating to anyone putting in effort to write for entries.

Account blocked/deactivated wrongfully
This company deactivated my account based off of false allegations of automation. I would never automate anything and I was very very careful not to violate the terms and conditions to get my account blocked/deactivated. Always made sure my IPS was located in Wisconsin, no VPN on and generated codes appropriately. I would never automate anything. I was mailing the AMOE from Wisconsin and making sure it was post marked at the post office to ensure they were being mailed by the state I live in. They refuse to give me my account back and now all of that time I put into writing and money spent on stamps and supplies is a complete waste. They will not give me my account back and I’ve tried several times to kindly explain/inquire what happened. They will randomly block you and not give you any money back from the letters you wrote that are/have yet been processed. Be careful, this definitely can be a scam. It’s happened to many people. I was primarily writing to global poker and I started a year ago writing to Chumba. I was shorted 800$ from Chumba but never complained. I wrote to Global Poker because they were more reliable, but, I ultimately got deactivated and lost over 3k for “automation” that I didn’t do. I don’t even know how to use any automation software if I wanted to. I will take this post down if they decide to give me my account back, but until then it will remain up.

Zero stars should be an option. You spend time and money on AMOE and once they have to start crediting those they deactivate your entire account without cause.
SHADY ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS!!!
This company is starting to get very shady. It is currently February 26th, 2025 and I just woke up to a message from Luckyland and Chumba that my accounts have been permanently suspended. I did not automate any part of the process as they claim I did and have always played fair. Rumors of cancellations have been stirring ever since December 2024, and it seems to all be random and affecting all the AMOE writers. What a joke.
Deactivation of Accounts Without Cause
VGW deactivated my account on December 18, 2024. Based on social media, this happened to many other people. Despite many email requests for an explanation, VGW (Chumba, Luckyland, and Global) has not provided any information as to why the account was deactivated. Based on my experience, I believe this company deactivates accounts randomly and without cause. Use the VGW platform with caution. Many people had credits on their accounts that simply disappeared with the deactivation. VGW has so many clauses in their terms, conditions, and rules that prevent users from taking any action of account is deactivated. I've generously given VGW countless opportunities to provide information regarding the deactivation of my account.

I’ve been a loyal player on a VGW platform, but my recent experience has been both frustrating and concerning. My account was deactivated without any clear explanation or evidence to support the alleged violation. Despite multiple requests for clarification and a manual review, VGW has refused to provide any evidence, which, as a practicing paralegal, I find highly troubling.
VGW has a duty to act with fairness and transparency, including providing clear evidence when allegations are made against users. Their refusal to do so is not only unprofessional but also raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their practices. For a platform that relies on customer trust, this lack of accountability comes across as highly sketchy and unacceptable.
I urge VGW to fulfill its responsibility to its users by providing evidence for deactivations, conducting proper reviews, and improving communication with customers. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend their platforms and advise others to proceed with caution.
